I brought my son there for his 1st checkup after he was born, my sons father and I were asking her questions which she never really answered or was very evasive!! My son had white spots in his mouth and she said it was milk, two days later we took him to the ER and he had a sever case of thrush!!! When I brought him back she said that the ER doctor prescribed how to use the medication wrong!! Are you kidding you didnt even diagnose the thrush!!! Also Im on a medication that I talked to the lactation nurse and the neonatal Doctor at the hospital about breastfeeding and they both said it was 100% safe and I could breastfeed!!! At this appointment the Doctor (wish I could remember her name) said I couldnt breastfeed and I could overdose my son but when I told her that the neonatal Doctor and the lactation nurse said it was 100% safe she still was freaking out on me but when I told her the neonatal Doctors name she then said oh then its ok!!! So she had no clue what she was talking about but was trying to make me feel like a horrible parent when I researched it and talked to the Doctor and Nurse before I had my son!!! She also reopened his belly button scab and didnt say anything so he bled on his new outfit. She also sent his dad out to make the appointment and sent nurse Edward Scizzorhands in with her long sharp nails in to give his shots while he was still making the appointment so I alone was holding him because she couldnt wait 2 minutes for him to return!!! I felt very uneasy with her being his Doctor!!!

Dr Bronni is a great doctor! Would love to still see her. But her office staff is terrible!!!!! so unorganized and rude! first time i had a issue with the office staff, they told me the wrong day of my sons appointment! when i came in, which its not easy to get off of work and pack up a 3 mo old at the time! they simply said sorry, your appointment is actually tomorrow, come back then. that should of been the last straw, but i love Dr Bronni so much we gave them another chance. yesterday was the last straw. my son had something in his eye and was having a fit, i called they said to bring him in at 1pm. i arrived with him at 1:13 pm and they refused to see him and asked to come back in 2 hours!!!!!!! he is in pain and uncomfortable, and they say come back in 2 hours????!!! office staff does NOT care about your child. so i had to take my 5 mo old to a urgent care that was even worse. Dr Bronnie, i love you, your awesome. you need to fire your whole office staff, they are rude and inconsiderate!

Ive seen all of them and because they throw you with whoever they want, none of the Drs ever know what meds my son is taking, I have to tell them when their computers with all his info is rght in front of them. They been been saying for over 4yrs that my 8yr old son just has allergies and has had him taking ever single medicine for allergies. Dr bronni is very very rude and always blamed me for my smoking,thats why my son is sick all the time. I had spoke to her on the phone regarding what medication and how much hes suppose to take this time he went, she said and I quote " right now I could be at home taking care of my own children but instead Im talking to you about how to take care of yours! " honest that was her exact words, how I could never forget. Needless to say, I now see a new nurse practitioner there, Kimberly. She is sooo very nice and caring. Not rushing you in and out when you have questions.

My children have been going there for 10 years plus and the doctors are very friendly and helpful. Over the years, my children have seen Dr. Bronni, Dr. Nayak, and Debbie (Nurse Practitioner), and they have helped with falls and sickness, ultrasounds, x-rays, etc. Most of the time I was able to come in that day, if there was an emergency. I would recommend them to anyone!

The doctors are friendly and helpful. However, after every visit I end up getting bills above and beyond what my insurance pays because of the way they are coding services. I liked the location but will take my daughter back to her old doctor. The longer drive is more tolerable then having to deal with extra bills for no reason.

Im very sorry for the people that had a bad experience here. I however love this place!!!! My kids have been going here for 10years now. They are also quick about getting my children in for an appointment. They have tons of patients they see everyday but ita nice when u go in and they also know your kids by name too :-)

It is hard being a parent but we must learn to trust ourselves there is no doctor out there that can do what we think they should but after many different experiences with so many different kid doctors and offices in the last 17 years I do like this office the most and I have been taking my kids her for over 5 years.

Doctor Nayak is amazing and very informative! He not only was my pediatrician, now is my sons pediatrician, but he is the only person who caught my nieces cancer after 5 misdiagnoses! The office is great and works with you well, they also make sure you get seen in a timely manner.

Will never go here again very unprofessional rude doctors /nurses and staff. Called to let the manager Stephanie know how i was treated and she acted like she didnt care. This place needs to be replaced with better staff. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option.

Dr. Bronni is amazing, which is why we take our children there and that is the only reason. The facility is usually always dirty. The medical assistants are usually very curt,disinterested, and inexperienced. If Dr. Bronni moved, we would never go back

Dr.Nayak & Dr.Hanasoge are excellent doctors but nurse MARGARITA SUCKS..I took my kid for a nurse visit & she was so rude &unprofessional ...Shes not fit to be a pediatric nurse ...The staffs very unprofessional & very bad customer service...
