I went to him a couple of years ago but will possibly never forget the experience I had. I would just like to stay I still suffer with cystic acne (and am finally getting it treated with the RIGHT medication) to this day. I went in for the appointment, and my acne was smooth, gave the appearance that it was fading, but still visibly there. Any proper dermatologist would know what cystic acne looks like (which was what I had) regardless of how smooth the texture of my skin was (you could still see red scarring all over my face, it was deep rooted). I spent more time with the medical assistant then I did with him. He literally walked in and was there for, I kid you not, 2 minutes in the room. He told me that I just had acne scarring and prescribed me some basic medication, then was out of the room. Thank you, because 3-4 years after your appointment I still suffer from cystic acne with the SAME area you examined. The only difference now is that I am seeing a physician assistant who knows more than he does and was actually able to prescribe me the correct medication. This guy is possibly the worst dermatologist I have ever been to. I wish there was a way I could give him less than one star because he doesnt deserve it. Please do not waste your time and go to him, go to someone more experienced, more caring and who actually knows what theyre talking about.

I dont usually write reviews but Im reading some of these comments on Dr. Nasser and his staff and Im extremely surprised. I have been his patient for almost 10 years. I have never had a bad experience the way some of these people are describing. I recommend him to all of my friends and family and the ones that have gone to him have also never experienced such bad experiences. Just like most of the other dermatologists in this city, he graduated from Wayne State Universitys medical school. The only difference with him is he actually DOES care about his patients. Hes very calm and gentle. He listens to his patients concerns. I feel the bad reviews are stemming from patients not getting what they want immediately. Dr. Nasser is a respected physician that does his job properly and with the utmost care. I highly suggest and encourage visiting him for any dermatological needs.

Horrible service. The staff told me that my copay is 0 dollars just to end up with a 100 dollar bill. The receptionist told me my copay was 0 and when I adressed the manager she denied it, and told me it is my fault, and somehow magically I shouldnt have trusted the receptionists . The Dr did a horrible service as well I addressed my head problems and he somehow ignore that part and gave me a treatment for acne. He didnt even touch the scalp or see what it was, also forgot to wash his hands. I went to another doctor who actually saw what it was and surprise it wasnt acne. If you want rude phone calls from the manager Sue that tells you that its your fault for her employees mistake , bad diagnosis and a prescription for a medication you already have then by all means this place is yours. Dont GO IF YOU HAVE OBAMA CARE or any reason. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Scroll down on all the patients that evaluated this "dermatologist." Worst Doctor Ive witnessed in my life! The workplace is so unprofessional and the doc himself has as lower IQ than my dog. I visited him for references to prescribe antibiotics for my acne and he had no intention to listen to what Ive said or my other doctors said. Instead he debated how acne is not contributed from internal digestive reasonings and dieting and just magically evolves on the skin like magic. To become any profession you must at least have the common sense to do the research that you practice on.. complete idiot!

This Dr. Nasser treated me like a dog. I went to him for a fungal infection of my skin that Ive had since Sept 2016 and he said he cant help me theres nothing wrong with me. I had my pics and my fungus pieces that I had been collecting from my home where my Drs say something was getting in my house. It got in my skin several times and I itch something awful. We found out we had snakes under our rental house so we finally moved but he would not even look at the streaks on my stomach or my shoulder that day. He was a jerk to me. I was humiliated I also had 2 of my Dr reports that say I have a Fugal Disease I just dont want to die from this it now making my heart race...Deborah

After years of fighting severe acne I found a solution! Dr. Nasser was amazing. He was so patient with me and my skin. He was so helpful and his appointments are timed fast and efficiently. The staff was very friendly and the office is clean and spacious. Im so glad I found a dermatologist that actually helped me. Dr. Nasser was able to give me my confidence back, that I lost long ago because of my severe acne. Hes a great dermatologist that actually understands what the patient needs. Ive recommended so many people to Dr. Nasser and they are all satisfied!

Disgraceful!!! No class at all..He just experiments with your skin with overpriced products. In retrospect, I made the worst mistake of my life by considering his expertise and was disgusted with the whole experience. He should be sued for treating his patients as test dummies and trust me, he is the most incompetent doctor I ever met. He will waste your money, time and yes,your hope!So please save yourself and consult someone else.Would like to punch him on his face and leave a mark no Dermatologist can help with.Loser! I took my 10 year old son to see Dr. Nasser and we both had a great experience! He was so gentle and kind with my son and assured him that everything was going to be okay. His bedside manners are amazing and made sure he explained everything that he was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser hes great with kids and knows what hes doing. His staff is also very kind and welcoming. When I explained to them my sons situation they were very considerate and got him in as soon as possible. Overall a great experience!

This was the most inconsiderate and unprofessional experience I had in a while. My son had an appointment at 4:45. I called to let them know I was running a little late. They said it was fine over the phone once I arrived they refused to see him even though he only does a monthly repeat treatment that takes a total of 45 seconds. If you are unable to accommodate, DONT AGREE TO IT or call me back and tell me to reschedule. Congratulations on another 1 star review, you and your staff deserve it.

I went to him about seven years ago for my horrible horrible acne. He prescribed me a unique, but strong medication. Told me all the risks of that medication and by the time i completed the mesication my acne was gone. Every one at school, my friends my family.... everyone noticed my acne was gone. He changed my life. Seriously! I do need to go back to him tho because my acne got back for some reason.
