2 stars because the staff is friendly and the facility is clean...my problem is with doctors not keeping up with their appointments .several times in the past their staff called me to reschedule my sons or my appointment due to the doctor not abble to show up ..not a big deal right...one time thought my daughter was late 12 mins for a cleaning appointment and we had to pay $60 or $80 for not keeping the appointment...4 months ago i was schedule for a gum graft with doctor Jordan...she did the right side and we were supposed to do the other side...i went to schedule a surgery for the left side and found out that she was leaving the clinic and i had to meet with the replacement doctor...i waited to meet the new doctor...we scheduled the surguery for today (8-11-17) at 700 am...yesterday their staff called me to change my time to 800am...i was there at 7:53 am...i went in and checked in and waited 25 mins before they called me...we went in to find out that they had bad news for me ...the doctor was busy with another patient and couldnt see me today ..they told me that i had to reschedule..i took a day off work and lost over $230 in wages and no surgery was done...i already switched clinic for next week appointment and this place better be good...open enrollment is coming up and i will make sure that every one at work(3500 strong) knows about dental associates...when is their fault theres no compensation but when is my fault we get screwed...

I though dental associates was a five star dentists... Until today I scheduled an appointmentment I didnt get any confirmation of it still being in place so I called an hr before the appointment... I ended up having to call 4 different times in order to fet the Secretary to stop setting the phone down and talk to me, by that time I notified her I would be a little bit late to witch she said was fine. I drive there and as expected I was about 10 minutes late and she tells me theu cancled my appointment... I have never seen a building in this poor of shape who ever is "running" that buisness should be ashamed of what they are doing to that companies name. I would rather drive to kenosha and see professionals who care about the work they do then ever go back to this quack location. Im calling corporate or who ever I have to to file a legitimate complaint about this store location it should not be allowed to operate with the name it has. Do not be fooled they are not a good branch location and unless its 1/4th the price to make up for the one forth sercice I would not pay to have this shady location do a medical anything

El día de hoy hice una llamada para hacer una cita y me contestó una persona llamada Hilda que por cierto me colgó dos veces antes de poder hablar con ella, con muy mala actitud me dijo que no aceptaban Aseguranza de estado y le pregunté que opciones tenía diciéndome que ocupaba una Aseguranza de trabajo, le dije que no tenía ninguna otra Aseguranza y que si tenía otra opción de pago respondiendo que aún si yo quisiera pagar en efectivo no me podrían atender... hay maneras de contestar y la de ella no fue la mejor

Always had good service here. Great dentistry. Friendly people. My only problem was having to ask for the neck shield when getting x-rayed, when it should probably just be used all the time. But that was a while ago. And once a tech had to re take my x rays one too many times. Nevertheless, way more positive experience at this location. Very professional doctors and friendly staff. Easy to get appointments in a timely manner.

They need to let patients know when they are running 30 plus minutes behind. Third time here and never have we been taken near out scheduled time. Usually they are 20 to 40 minutes late. Service is good but with todays technology they should keep patients more informed. Get with the times!!!

Never been to the one on Miller Parkway yet so dont take my star review into account, but the Dental Associates on Casar Chavez had excellent staff. Never had a bad experience there. They relocated to the one on Millerpark, so if the staff are the same, Id recommend this place!

This place is always late... if i have an appointments at 930 i expect to be in the back at 930.. not 950 ..
