I recently called to make a change in my appointment and I was on hold about 5 minutes... The answering lady was so rude, screaming "HELLO?" because I didnt answer right away. Then I asked the hours because I was a little confused to why I was brought to an answering service and she said I dont know maybe they left early. Such a nasty attitude, if this place wants to keep their 5 stars get staff who know at least the hours of the location!
