Do not waste your time or money, or sanity for that matter!!! I went here for the first time for a cleaning, and then soon thereafter for a couple fillings. Two weeks later I had excruciating pain where one of the fillings was done, to the point I couldnt drink water, and they "squeezed me in" a week later... Then Dr. Bruchs spent ten minutes adjusting the filling repeatedly with no anesthesia, and I was in so much pain I was in tears and he would rudely tell to me to "hold on". He told me it was just sensitivity and he couldnt see anything on the x-ray so I should just wait it out, once again ignoring the fact that I was in a lot of pain. He refused to try anything else until I waited another two weeks. So I decided to never return, went to another dentist who re-did the filling and it is better than ever. Then when my boyfriend needed a cleaning, I figured eh Im sure that he wont have a bad experience, it is just a cleaning. Then he calls me this morning to tell me after waiting a month to get in, they double booked his appointment and told him youll have to re-book a month out! RIDICULOUS! I have now used Dr. Richard Johannes in Mequon and he and his whole staff are extremely kind and careful, and have even been kind enough to give me some discounts after my awful experience with Bay View Dental Care.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! This place is horrible!! Not only did the hygenist make my teeth and gums look like a hollywood murder scene when she cleaned them, they hurt for 2 days because she poked so hard while she was evaluating my gum strength. Then the dentist (Jadwiga Krol) tells me I have a cavity in almost every one of my teeth and need a root canal in a tooth that doesnt even hurt. Then they are already trying to sell me their 20% off discount plan for when and if you run out of insurance. I scheduled an appointment to have some fillings done and I was asked to arrive 30 min early to fill out paperwork, then had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time to even get in the dentists chair. Then the dentist (Jadwiga Krol again) looks at my teeth and says I need ANOTHER root canal on a totally different tooth. This place is a crock and they are trying to rip off unknowing patients. Not to mention the place is dirty, there are no doors on the rooms so there is no privacy and my dentist (Jadwiga Krol) acted as if she didnt care about what I wanted done first or how to maximize my insurance amount. Stay far away from this dump!

I moved to Milwaukee about two years ago and needed a dentist that was close to our house. I got online and googled "dentist 53207" and Bay View Dental was the first option to come up. I called and made an appointment - when I went in I was greeted by an absolutely lovely woman at the front desk who I had a wonderful conversation about traveling with until I was called back. Once I got to the back, the dental assistant took some information from me and was SO awesome! She made me feel completely welcome and at ease. Then the dentist came in - I was not sure who I was seeing, but luckily I got Dr. Sara Klasinski - SHE IS THE BEST! I honestly could not have asked for a more knowledgable, professional, calming, sweet doctor. Her personality was glowing and she walked me through every step that she was doing. I left completely satisfied with my appointment - usually I dread the dentist! About a week later I got a card in the mail from Bay View Dental welcoming me to the neighborhood and to being a patient of theirs. I have now since moved back to Texas and just hope that I can find a dentist who is half the dentist Dr. Klasinski is!

I am recommending this dental office to everybody (adults and children)! My family (husband and 2 sons) and I have been patients here for four years. Dr. Krols expertise and skills are unbelievable ( and I know what I am talking about because I am one of the many people who are scared of a dentist). As a a family we went through every possible dental procedure in this office: fillings, extractions, cosmetic dentistry and teeth cleaning. I am especially very happy with Dr. Krols work on my bridge, which in my view is one of many proofs of Dr. Krols and her partners 21st century skills in cosmetic dentistry. I love to smile now!!! The other members of Dr. Krols dental team who I have met at the front desk, Ann, Judy, and Kate, are friendly and professional. Erica and Jessie, the dental assistants, have always made me comfortable and answered all my questions. The office manager, Angie, was very helpful when I needed her expertise in explaining the payments. If you are looking for a great dentist and caring dental office staff I would recommend Dr. Krol and her team.

The staff itself is very helpful and work fast. They were happy to accommodate some last minute changes I made with regards to my root canal. That being said, they made no effort to tell me when my insurance was maxed out, nor did they offer their supplemental insurance until I asked for it. All of which wouldve been a little annoying but unavoidable, had they not then decided to do another $400s worth of work I neither asked for or knew I was getting until it was too late. I have to question the ethics behind such a practice. If I went to a dermatologist, say, because I was worried about a mole and they did stellar work on the mole but then also removed $400s worth of skin tags without telling me, I would feel obligated not to pay. It left a bad taste in my mouth is what Im saying. And the money I was conned out of was going to be spent on buying toys for underprivileged children.

I want to thank all of the great people at Bay View Dental Care for your excellent service in regards to my Moms new smile. Ann at reception was extraordinary with all of our billing questions and took the time to walk us through her statements and ways to help us to save a bit of money. My Moms Dentist, Jayne M. Matt D.D.S., was super through the process as were each of her great Dental Hygienists. I would recommend Bay View Dental for your dental care. I have not seen my Mom smile this big in 30 years and have never seen her so happy to smile again. It brought tears to her eyes when she walked out of the office today. Thank you all for your wonderful care. Heres to a great smile!

It is as bad as they say. Some of the hygienists and one of the dentists might be nice, but overall this place is a nightmare. Even if you have insurance they will try to bill you too. Very unethical. If you have to go to this place, just be very careful to look at the bills they send you carefully. The best case scenario when going here is that you will spend a lot of time calling your insurance company and arguing with the office people about what should be billed to who and when. Lots of fun. The dentist I had to deal with when my normal dentist was out of the office was either incompetent or insane.
