I will never go back. I have high anxiety about dentists to beging with. I was told I needed four visits. To keep me calm during my four visits I was given zanax. The zanax got me so wasted I had no clue where I was. Which at first seemed great for me. They finished all the required work in three visits. At the end of the third visit (while I was still under the influence of the prescribed drugs) they asked me if I wanted some cosmetic work redone. It looked just fine and did not need to be redone. But in my state of mind I said sure and signed a paper saying I agreed to it. They never called or emailed me to tell me what was going on. Didnt even bother to tell my wife who was in the waiting room. At the end of my fourth visit I was escorted to a room were a very rude woman demanded that I pay her cash for the cosmetic work they had done. I was very confused and scared since I was under the impression that all the work being done would be covered by my insurance. It made my fear of the dentist even worse then it was. I get very bad anxiety just thinking about going to the dentist now. It was a horrible experience. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did. What a terrible way to conduct business. In the end it costed me 2500$ out of pocket.

Beware! Horrible pediatric hygienist, horrible adult hygienists My first experience sucked but I thought Id give DA a second try and walked out bleeding and in incredible pain. Dental Associates hires hygienists with little experience and theyre expected to go rough and fast so they can complete a cleaning in 15 minutes. The pediatric hygienist was awful and I cant believe they do xrays on 4 year-olds. Back to my old family practice we go, I dont care that we pay 20% instead of a flat $99/month fee for DA. Wanna know whats wrong with contemporary healthcare?...xrays every 6 months so they can charge insurance more, rushing people in and out, grinding your teeth at night says the dentist? well give you a referral rather than be bothered with doing something, 15 minutes for two fillings with a large drill (my husband)...its dentistry thats run by a business management group rather than dentists. Look no further than Dental Associates if you want to support the problem and get crap dental care.

My daughter went in for all 4 wisdom teeth removed...under full anesthesia. When we went to leave she couldnt even hold her head up, almost fell off the dental chair, got pulled up by her arms & plopped in a wheel chair and her head fell back so hard I thought it was going to snap her neck...I ran up to catch her head. They took her out to the car & LUCKILY I had another person w me but she instantly started vomiting...my friend ran back in to get help & the ass told us it was cause she must have eaten or drank....to shorten this horrible ordeal...she NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO LEAVE THAT OFFICE UNDER THAT LEVEL OF ANETHESIA!! It was awful, scary, and I could have never driven her home alone...she could have choked on vomit or blood, fell over & choked on the seat belt or caused a horrible accident!! I am very comfortable with people coming out of anesthesia and this was a situation that should have been under a medical professionals attention. Dont trust your kids to their care

Im giving 2 stars because the place is clean, and the support staff was very friendly and nice. But I just had a horrible experience here. Although I was pregnant, I had the worst tooth ache of my life. I was in tears. I had clearance to have dental work done per my doctor. We called them and stated our problem and they were very nice and scheduled us as soon as they could. The day of, we arrive and the dentist looked at my face, looked at my tooth and said, "its not infected, I cant recommend removal right now, not until baby is here" And walked away. Never a "Hi" or "Bye". I was in so much pain, and all they sent me out with wad medicated mouth wash. The next day, I went to another dental office for a second opinion because the pain was worse. Upon removal of the tooth there was an infection beneath the tooth that was causing me the pain. I wont be back but I do think it was very nice building, location and support staff.

Very disappointed . First, the staff is extremely nice and helpful but the problem is that when there is an emergecy they have no one to help. I havent eaten or drank anything in 36 hours. I am in so much pain that even breathing is excruciating because of air hitting the tooth. I have a temporary on that apparently isnt working. The best option offered me was tomorrow morning . So basically I can be confident that I wont make it to the dentists chair without full payment received but when Im in ridiculous pain, all I hear is... Sorry to hear that, sounds like it hurts but we cant see you until tomorrow . That isnt caring about patients needs, thats all about the bottom dollar. Although, I was told that if its that bad, most ERs have doctors on staff who can see me. Very disappointed , very concerned about ever going back because I obviously dont matter, only my pocket book does.

To say this place was uncaring and unsympathetic is an understatement. Horrible dentist---young, arrogant, dismissed my concerns, came right out and called me crazy, and to top it off, when he spoke to the follow up oral surgeon, he called me crazy as well. Turns out I wasnt so crazy---a year later, I found out that I have growing decay under the crown behind my missing tooth area---the same area I kept pointing out and telling them was hurting. To add insult to injury, the practice discharged me as a patient last year, without any referral to another dentist or specialist. STAY AWAY!! The place might look fancy, but that is where they are putting all their money---into fancy buildings and furniture and NOT into good patient care.

I am a patient of Dr. Lisa Hoang. She is a very skilled dentist. I had my full teeth removed and dentures put in. Yes, it was an ordeal and somewhat painful, but what could one expect. Lisa was professional and a great doctor. After the initial placement of the temporary dentures, she re-formed the foundation for me, and I am quite happy! She is patient and very informative! For 7 months now I have had intermediate (temporary dentures, and I can say with full force. Oh my what a difference she made to my smile. I can eat properly.. with a little practice, eat almost anything. Expectations were more than met. Waiting times were non-existent, and everything was done for my comfort. I would highly recommend her!

Save yourself the trouble and go to a local, trusted dentist. I took my mom there for a consultation on a tooth she needed removed and has been a hassle from the start. I was charged for an X-ray that we later found out we shouldnt have been charged for, "coding error". We also were told to extract the tooth it would cost over $500. We decided to go elsewhere and now I am told the refund will take 4-6 weeks to receive. Unacceptable since it only takes a day or two for them to receive their payment. Needless to say this place will not get business from us. We went to a local dentist and are paying 1/3 of the cost quoted by this place. Done with corporations like this that over charge their customers.
