My last visit was just that - my last. I questioned a white spot on my lower front tooth. The hygienist insisted it was plaque - when in fact I believe it was bleach from whitening strips. However, she chiseled away and now I have a permanent gap. One that was never there before. So I switched dentists. In asking for my records to be transferred, they told me it would cost me $25. I do not want copies sent over, I want the originals. I would be happy to pick them up, but I wasn’t given that option. As far as I am concerned, my insurance company has already paid for this service - my records are mine to do what I want. I should not have to pay for them again. All the more reason to switch. I’m very happy with my new dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr Michael Simon for a few years now, and I have always been happy with the way they take care of me AND my teeth! I can always get an appointment right away if needed, and they are very good about scheduling teeth cleaning and the like. My children were happy when they switched over from our old dentist who has now retired, and felt the hygienists were careful and thorough with their instruction about tooth care. His office staff is always friendly and helpful!
