I recently moved all of my children and myself to from another dental office to see Dr. Renfroe. The staff was very kind and helpful in making appointments to accommodate my limited availability. The wait was short and there is a childrens area in the waiting room where they can play and color. The staff were all very sweet and courteous and worked patiently with my children (ages 2, 4, and 5) in order to make them feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Renfroe is a father himself and is very good at working with small children and knows how to make them have a positive experience. I have been to a few other dentists who have taken x-rays and handed me a printout of thousands of $$ of work that they claimed needed to be done to my mouth. Dr. Renfroe took x-rays and pulled up on the screen to show me exactly what was going on and what really needed to be done now and what could wait or wasnt necessary at all. He took the time to explain everything to me like a person and he answered all of my questions and made sure I understood. He gave me different options of treatment for various problem areas and came up with a plan to get the most needed work done first and work from there. I feel like in the past I have had doctors look at my teeth trying to figure out how they can justify doing something to each and every tooth in my mouth in order to make a fatter paycheck and this is definitely NOT the way Dr. Renfroe operates. He is truly an honest caring doctor who I trust with my family to give us the best possible care. I HIGHLY recommend!!!
