My first impression of the office was amazing, I had not even gone in for services yet. The staff was kind, friendly and understanding of my situations. Like majority of people I talk to, I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. So I have avoided going for 5 + years now. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front office staff who was again super kind and warm.. It made my initial anxiety super easy. In the past I have been instructed to have deep cleanings, Dr Etchinson and his staff are not money hungry like most. 100% no deep cleanings needed. They were straight and to the point on all things I needed and did not make me feel like I needed anything beyond what actually was needed. In a few weeks I have more extensive services then my general visit and from what I have heard from others his office is GREAT when it comes to having dental work done requiring anesthetic. I recommend him to EVERYONE - I would travel to his office if I ever were to move away. Thank you for helping me break my fear.

LOVE these people! Up until 4 years ago, ALWAYS needed nitrous gas, especially when needing numbing shots. Nelson Ridge had the right compassion n a welcoming "bedside manner" so no more nitrous. ☺ This is mostly due to Jackies patience n dedication, and Dr. E of course. Every time I go there for cleanings, Amanda consistently has the closed captioning set on the tv, thoroughly appreciated ☺and the rest of the staff remember Im hearing impaired as well. No concerns moving mask aside so I can hear what they are saying while doing whats needed. In my 50 years, this has never happened with other dental practices. They give their time, working with people who have developmental disabilities such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Intellectual Disabilities. To top it off, they are dog loving people and thats always a plus in my book!

As a person who has had a lifetime of dental work done, Ive come to find out that the most important part of visiting the dentist is your experience. The professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Etchison, Lauren and the whole Nelson Ridge Family Dental team is top notch! Ive never had a dentist who made me feel as comfortable in the chair as Dr. Etchison has. He takes the time to explain everything and answers any questions you might have. The envioment of the office is very inviting and clean. I especially love the T.V.s on the wall and ceiling in each room. I have recommended Nelson Ridge Family Dental to all of my friends and family and will continue to be a satisfied returning customer! Thank-you again to Dr. Etchison and Lauren for giving me the smile of my dreams :)

This was my first experience with Nelson Ridge Family Dental and I have to say that this was my most comfortable dental experience I have ever had! The receptionist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely polite even to help me get directions to the office. I was even given a welcome bag after filling out my initial paperwork. The hygenist who assisted during my cleaning and filling was personable and made me feel at ease. Dr. Etchison actually performed my cleaning and it made me feel very good knowing that he is a dentist who cares so much for his patients. I also received my first filling with Dr. Etchison and I felt absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. I would happily recommend that everyone go to the Nelson Ridge Family Dental office!!

I found Dr. Etchisons to be my best dental experience ever. Previously I had not been to the dentist in about two years. From the day i was a kid i dreaded going to the dentist. From the secoond I walked into the office I felt comftorable. Their are televisions located on the ceiling.. Also sunglasses are provided by staff so the bright lights are not shining in your eyes. The staff is very courtious and attentive to your needs. I returned to have a few fillings taken care of. I had three fillings taken care of and i was only in the office for 30 minutes at the most. I never felt a thing. Dr. Etchison is very modern with his care. I would gladly recomend this dental office to my family and or friends.

I made an appointment off a referral from my sister-in-law and Nelson Ridge Dental lived up to the reputation. The receptionist was very kind and even offered a bottle of water from their mini-fridge in the waiting area. I didnt have to waste any time filling out new patient forms since I was able to print them off their website and fill them out ahead of time. Dr. Etchison and his staff of hygienists made me feel welcome as a new patient. They took their time to explain the results of my X-rays and examination. Besides the great service, the exam rooms were immaculate and furnished with brand new equipment (including TVs on the wall and ceiling). Ive finally found my dental office from here on out.

I had to bring my 11 month old daughter in for sort of an emergency exam, it appeared she had traumatized one of her few baby teeth. The receptionist who answered my phone call was exceptionally friendly, and very helpful when it came to verifying my insurance quickly. The assistant, Jaclyn, was so great with the baby, and the baby actually cooperated and let Jaclyn look in her mouth (something she wouldnt let her father or I do at home prior to the visit)! The dentist, Kathy, was equally amazing, and my daughter did so well for being so young and her first visit. I would recommend this group to absolutely anyone, and I plan on taking my daughter here for every checkup in the future!!!

Today I found my new dentist. After I did a quick Google search for dentist offices in the area a few days ago Nelson Ridge popped up first with 76 5-star reviews and after seeing that I figured I had nothing to lose with trying them. After my appointment Im glad I did. Very professional staff, clean office space and charges and future appointments were laid out in a very easy to understand format. Everything was explained with ease and I feel like the people who work here will go out of their way to make sure you are definitely happy with the service they provided. Thank you again Nelson Ridge. Im definitely coming back and recommending you to everyone I know.

I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist. I had put off going to the dentist and ended up needing a root canal. My first initial visit it could have been done right there, but the staff was accommodating and we picked another day. I was thinking I was going to be in a lot of pain and uncomfortable, I have little to no pain at all and just sore every now and then I know I had it done. I am glad I switched to Nelson Ridge , Dr. Etchison also knows family of mine. It was a great experience and will be back for my permanent crown and more work as well as bringing my son in for his first dental visit. Thank you so much!

Really appreciate the authentic kindness that the entire staff and Dentist gave to my daughter who needed emergency assistance. The clinic was set up as an upper class, clean, and beautiful office. They were gentle and mindful of not causing further pain to my daughter. The dentist was thorough in giving information to help in the future as well. They were very helpful in working with us to assure the best care. I wish more clinics were like this but we were glad to have found this office last minute. It was a blessing and we truly are grateful for all the help and guidance. Thank you to everyone there, it was a great experience!
