From the moment you enter the office you can tell it is a truly distinct dental office. The waiting area is extremely nice. . The front desk manager is extremely polite. Dr. Albert seemed very eager to welcome each patient on arrival. I had several dental problems that required a lot of work. These included cavities and restorative work. Dr. Albert laid out the plan for me ahead of treatment. I can tell he was professional and knowledgeable. His dental skills were superb. It is not often to encounter a dentist that is highly skilled on most dental procedures. I had some major dental problems that he fixed within a few treatment visits. In general, this is by far the best dental experience I have had.

Ive been going to Esplanade Dental Care for 4 years and have never found a dentist office that I feel so comfortable in - all of the hygenists & their receptionist Nancy are always friendly & courteous & upbeat. They genuinely seem to enjoy their job & have a great working relationship with Dr Albert - who is always a joy to see. They feel more like friends to me - they ask questions about your life and remember details about you & ask about them the next time they see you. Good rapport with your customers is 90% of any successful business. They are always professional, always have a sparkling clean office & waiting room & Im never gonna switch!

A great dentist and a great place! I used to dread going to the dentist but now I dont mind it and I actually look forward to seeing their friendly faces. Everyone is very professional, knowledgable and informative which just puts you at ease. Dr. Albert has always explained my options and provided his perspective on which one he would choose and why. I am just finishing up my invisible braces treatment and am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Albert and his caring staff.

From the first phone contact through to my second visit has been FANTASTIC. Poor experiences with previous dental providers (and being poor, lol) kept me from trusting the profession and caring for my teeth. Docs (Albert and Snow), Roxi and the rest of the staff made me believe in them and WANT to go to the dentist again. Dr. Albert and his staff are the definition of professionalism. Very clean and up to date setting. He understands peoples apprehension when it comes to going to the dentist and immediately places you at ease. His knowledge and skills are impressive. He discusses different treatment options and plans thouroughly. A friendly staff always keep you up to date on follow up needs/appointments and will not let you fall through the cracks.

Ive been going to Dr. Albert since he opened at this location. His office is wonderful. They always let me know up front what my treatment plan will look like and the estimated cost. (I had a lot to fix...root canals, crowns, and fillings). They are all so friendly and professional. Dr. Albert has done wonders on my mouth...Im very grateful! Thanks!

This is the best dental experience I have had in years! The staff was friendly, professional, and on time!! Dr Albert took a lot of time and explained everything to me and discussed all my options in depth. The hygienist was super gentle when cleaning my teeth and kept up a nice banter the whole time! Dr. Albert and his staff are very knowledgeable, you can tell they keep up with the newest techniques and technology, didnt feel a thing. Anyway, great experience, definitely recommend it.

Dr. Albert is so gentile!! His staff is very nice and made me feel comfortable. I was very nervous and hadnt been to the dentist in a while. He explained everything I needed and he took my Insurance and I only needed to pay my portion. I will definitily refer my friends and family to his office!!!

This office runs like a well oiled machine. They are accommodating and competent when finding creative solutions to challenging dental issues. The location is very convenient. Even if I worked farther from their office in the future, it is likely I would make the trip.

The office is professional, the staff is friendly, and theyre right off 355. I personally switched to Dr Albert because his dental knowledge and procedures are more current and up to date. He also takes interest in a plan going forward toward better dental health.
