Just awful is the one word to describe this places customer service. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 sharp. I called in beforehand because i had a school exam at 2:30 and was told "no problem cmon in." Upon arrival at 1 pm sharp, the doors were locked and my calls, ignored. I called again at 1:25 and was told by the receptionist in charge: Oksana Dukhova "were open come in." Door however is still locked. Called back and in the most unprofessional and strikingly rude tone she says "yeah yeah im coming you cant wait?" I was shocked. When i got in it was 135 pm and i should have started my checkup by now. However, this moronic woman gives me first time patient papers to fill out and decides to head to the back and continue chit chatting with another co-worker and the dentist. I was the only patient here yet was given NO PRIORITY. I am then told that my wife supposedly only scheduled me for an emergency quick checkup and not a cleaning with that. I informed her my wisdom teeth came in about last year and im having a little discomfort with my gums but there is no pain at the moment. Not even looking at me the other receiptionist who also seems to be running back and forth throughout the clinic says to me that this is just an emergency check up and thats it. Of course not mentioning this before swiping my card for a $5 co-pay. I meet the dentist who looks at my wisdom teeth with a mirror equipment and says "you need to check the wisdom teeth first." I tell her i dont want to they grew in fine but my gums are the only thing thats hurting. She persists on me checking my wisdom teeth by a specialist before she touches my teeth. Mind you this conclusion took her only 30 seconds and she didnt listen to anything else. I then asked another secretary why i paid $5 for having the dentist tell me what i told them when i walked in and she informs me its $5 just to see the Dentist. Really? Is this how a business operates? Will NEVER be coming back. First time here became my last time here, stay FAR FAR AWAY!

I hate going to the dentist because the water scraper tool they use now brings me to tears almost immediately. This place had promise, since a number of people commented on its being a low-anxiety environment. I was the first appointment of the day, so I know there was no one there before me (I was waiting for them to unlock the doors because, silly me, I tried to show up a courteous ten minutes prior to my appointment). I still waited 45 minutes before being taken into the exam cubicle (the fact that it was a fancy cubicle should have been the second warning, right after finding out it was in a strip mall when I drove up). After getting x-rays, I explained to the technician that I didnt like the water-based tool and I would prefer the old fashioned kind of cleaning. She essentially said that was impossible but that we had to talk to the dentist before she did any cleaning, anyhow, so I figured I would bring it up again later. The dentist, Dr. Azalea, looked at my teeth for a few minutes, then started quoting me various numbers about my teeth (some of them "measured" five or six and they should only "measure" four; I needed a "two quadrant" clean, other such puzzling terminology that Ive never heard and didnt receive any clarification on upon asking). At the end of the conversation, I asked if this was part of a regular cleaning covered by my insurance, she said someone would look into it and let me know. Five minutes later, someone is telling me that a cleaning will cost me $270. I said I wasnt ready to pay that, and the person then informed me that, in that case, the exam was over. In other words, Ive now been to the dentist, my insurance company knows that Ive been to the dentist, and my teeth are 0% cleaner than they were yesterday. I didnt have a co-pay, but I STILL feel ripped off.

I have been going to a dentist in the Woodridge area for many many years until he caused myself and my daughter have to have teeth pulled because of his error. Searching is not easy or fun as you have to go in for consultation with each one of them to no. Well after many unhappy visits I finally found Dr Azalea and I love her. She is exactly what I have been looking for in a dentist. She is friendly, explains everything so you understand, shows you exactly what she would like to do ,etc. She is so easy to talk to and she actually listens without trying to sell you the perfect smile. I had a dentist quote me 30,000 - 40,000 before I found dr Azalea. SERIOUSLY. I look forward to getting all my and my families dental needs done with Dr. Azalea, and we have a lot. We need root canals, crowns and implants and I have faith in her with just one meeting.. If you are looking for a dentist I have to tell you to just give the office a try, you wont be sorry.

Hello , My name is Robert Oreamuno My experience at Lily cache dental is incredible . Dr.Suzy Azalea is an amazing lady , she is very comforting , she explains every thing to full detail , she is very gentle ,patient & understanding . I was & am so pleased with the service I received . She was very considerate to my feelings about my bad teeth, before I met her & her staff , I was in constant pain ,however since Ive been recently going to her she has made my case a priority & gotten me out of pain , numb me up very well where I was immediately out of pain & was able to preformed a very much needed root canal. Im not one for shots or needles but I must say she was so gentle I barely felt the injection go in. I am proud shes my dentist & have recommended my family to her too. I couldnt be happier my search for a great dentist is finally over :) Thank you Dr. Azalea for everything , your the best . !!!

This place is All About The money. Just went for my second visit to get a cleaning, the dentist just tells me that it will be 50 because it hasnt been 6 months with no checking. I guess most people fall for this scam because as soon as I told her that I knew it was over 6 months, it was free. My cleaning consisted of literally (not joking) 45 seconds of the tech polishing my teeth, then 30 seconds of her doing a single scrape down my teeth gaps, and thats it. Biggest waste of my time at the dentist, ever. wasnt even worth my 5 dollar copay. Previous visit I paid 200 cash for a scaling. After talking with a dentist friend, she told me that what they performed was just a deeper clean and should not have cost 200. I will never be back here again. Consumers be warned. Its so hard to find trustworthy people.

4 years ago Dr. Suzy Azalea preformed three root canals for me. At the time I thought it was wonderful. She was very nice, on time, clean office, and most of all reasonable in price. Well now all three teeth are having issues. One tooth has to be removed and the other teeth have to be retreated. Including the new implant I need I am going to spend $10,000 to fix the problem that Dr Azalea caused. The main cause of the issue was that she missed roots leaving them infected to cause problems later. I do not have any problems with any other teeth. Buyer beware. You may pay less now but you will have problems in the future.
