I have been to many Dentist and I have never had such a bad service. The receptionist are so rude, and disrespectful. I waited so long for an appointment and on that day I waited one hour on the chair. They didnt even do a clean. They just told me all these things and to come back for a cleaning. WHAT, your not doing the cleaning today, this is ridiculous. Not to mention how hot it was in there. Also they never answer the phone, even if you leave a message, they dont call back. But they happened to call me to ask me " if I was going to make it to my appointment." Im like "yes why wouldnt I". Thats when I knew these people are so unprofessional.

DONT GO HERE! I scheduled X-ray and cleaning all they did was the X-ray and tried to pull out teeth I wasnt even asking them to pull. They didnt clean my teeth and told me Id have to schedule another appointment to get them cleaned. Why would you let me think Im scheduling a cleaning over the phone? Receptionist is rude and needs to ask the ages or an ID of people before you kick a 24 year old out of the waiting area because assume theyre 12 years old. I WILL NEVER RETURN! Looks dirty anyways. Shouldve known once I read the name "Mitchell Street" Yuck, never again

This office is horrible & its against the law to discuss employment with pts.... I dont know what comment this other gentlemen is talking about (dont see anything) but i was a REAL PT there & the office is old & out dated.... the receptions& assts are rude, unorganized & the ppl on there website are far from the pt youll see at the clinic it was low income & poor ppl clinc....the Dr was short with me, refer me out & had made questionable charges to my insurance i wouldnt recommend the office or Dr to ANYONE!!!

The receptionists are nice, the x-ray staff and dental assistants are very nice & the dental hygienist is very nice. I was seen in a timely manner. The dentist that left was my regular dentist and he was very nice. Ive only seen the new dentist once. He seemed in a bit of a rush, but Ive only seen him once. I think hes only there on Fridays which isnt very convenient. Im glad that the clinic now answers the phone on other days other than just on Mondays. That was a nightmare!

Long wait, unprofessional staff more x-rays in one sitting than Ive probably had in my entire life. They did not clean my teeth or provide any dental care on my first visit, but instead referred me to a dental surgeon for extraction for an abscessed tooth, They took well over a week to send the referral (or may not have sent it at all since I ended up making the arrangements myself) and did not offer any antibiotics for the abscess. Very poor quality.

Horrible experience! The staff were very rude and not knowledgeable about ANYTHING. Was my first time bringing my 8 year old and the Dentist was so nervous she didnt want to service my child. Gave me a referral to another dentist. Then they wanted my 8 year old in a radiation room ALONE and excuse was so I wont be exposed to radiation but there were no doors so everyone was actually exposed. Never again will I go to that unprofessional place in life.

Can you say RUDE! I cant say if its the hot weather we all been having to deal with or these people are always like this. I asked a question hoping to find understanding and I was jabed down my throat. Other than the rudeness, I was treated nicely once I went to the back. The doctor was nice but she really didnt care about how I was feeling.. The office didnt even have ac. It was so uncomfortable the whole experience. I will not be retuning.

Where do I start? Firstly, you can never get thru on the phone, and when you do, the receiptionists are so unprofessional. They loose your personal info and have no respect for your privacy whatsoever. Whats shamefull is that this place sells to the lower income community. I guess they feel low income ppl need no respect. Call around before you go here....trust me. Too many bad experiences at this place...

Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this dental place. I have been in better ones, but I have most definitely been in places where the people are very rude. Look the bottom line is that they are doing their job. They have an amazing staff and for my experience they have treated me well. Try it out. You might like it.

Worst service ever!! They tell me after extracting almost 7 teeth between 2 different visits that I had a co pay and to top it off theres still pieces of teeth in my gums that has stopped my gums from healing. Smh guess I wont get my dentures till christmas at this rate!!

Everyone was super nice and funny! Got an X-RAY, 2 cavities filled and a rotten tooth pulled all before I had to feed my parking meter! Quick and basically painless! What more could you want? Going back for a cleaning!
