Took my 4 year old here for some work after having trouble finding a dentist that didnt want to put her to sleep due to her age. I refuse to do this and was happy to find Dr. Neverette wouldnt put her under for simple work. She had dental issues do to weak teeth. Dr did a pulpotomy and filling. The filling had to be redone 4 times and the crown reglued 3 times. Everything she did kept falling out of my daughters mouth. They tried to tell me she paid with the work too much carousing it to come out. Im sorry... I was a dental assistant for 10 years, youre supposed to be able to eat on a crown or filling and I know for a fact good work doesnt repeatedly fall out. The last time the filing fell out we went back yet again and my little girl had enough and started crying in fear. I was told to put her in the chair and force her so she would stop wasting the dentists time. I looked her in the eye and said I will not traumatize my daughter because you are incompetent and cant do your job properly. If you knew how to do correct dental work we wouldnt be here. I think she was either incapable or loved billing the insurance for every fix she had to do of her poor work. She also recommended procedures like a space retainer that she said shed require me to pay for out of pocket because even though our insurance covered it, they didnt pay enough to make it worth while for her. Take my advice and NEVER go to this dentist. Id rather give a toddler the dental tools and take a chance. Ive reported this dentist to the ADA, the insurance company and the state of Illinois.

We were turned away in an emergency after my son fell and broke his two front teeth because they didnt like our insurance plan that they do accept but I guess only for cleanings and routine examinations as something more involved is not profitable through our plan. The receptionist told me to call back the insurance company to find the endodontist because they would not be able to help my son, without even seeing him. Turns out we did not need an endodontist and when I called back several times I got the voice mail but when I called from a different number someone answered. Ha! HORRIBLE treatment and in an EMERGENCY. ..

My wife scheduled an appointment a week ago for today 10/15/15 for our 3 yr old... Walked in to find out that someone forgot to actually set the appt.. up really?!? The ladys "Sherry" & "Terry" couldnt explain why this happened and gave my wife an attitude when asking.... The front desk looked very unorganized and now I can see why... T

We liked it. My daughter is very hard to please and very afraid of dentists. Yet the dentist was able to persuade her to sit still, and successfully did 4 fillings on her. Very good staff, too!

My daughter also isnt a fan of the dentist. Dr. Patel saw her once refused to see her again saying she couldnt deal with her and refused to speak to me about my daughters dental problems.

Very bad service, place is old and dirty, front desk is soooo rude and not helpful at all, doctors dont know what they are doing! Do not take your kids there! The worst experince ever!

Front staff is rude and doctors dont have an approach to children, especially those afraid of the dentist. Definitely not returning
