I am a local dentist and I recently had to have a few fillings and a crown done. Yes even dentists break teeth and get cavities! I went to Dr Crusan because of his excellent reputation in the local dental community. Other dentists and lab technicians have spoken highly of him. I can say without reservation and through personal experience that he has superb clinical skills, and I was quite pleased with my visit to his office. His staff were wonderful and well trained. Not only were they efficient at their jobs, but they were also happy and compassionate. Speaking from personal experience, it is very difficult to attract and retain such high quality staff and he has managed to do it. I found his office to be a place I would like to practice in; he has state-of-the-art instrumentation and the office is well appointed with an eye towards patient comfort. I have to say I was a bit jealous. One of the most important aspects of a great dentist is his bedside manner. I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to make them comfortable and do the right thing for them. His office is truly one of the best in our area. Ive been to a handful of dentist offices over the years and although never had a bad experience, Mountain View Dental is far and away the most fantastic dental outfit that I have ever come across! Professional, pleasant staff, all of the patient/creature comforts one would never imagine are all here for a wonderful overall experience. Dr. Cruz.....great job on all aspects of a top rated and best of show dental performance!!! The one thing (among many) that stands out, is the copious amount of time that Doc spent fussing in getting my implant placed in just the correct spot. He was not happy until it was better than perfect!!! I really appreciate that. Thank you MVD for everything and look forward to a continued relationship for a long while. Michael Mayer

When I moved to Washington several years ago I needed a new dentist. Mountain view was new to the area and I booked an appointment. I was looking for a dentist that was gentle and cared that I was comfortable and at ease (if that is possible in the chair). I found Dr. Crusan to be very professional, polite and very caring. I was very comfortable. My son and I both trust Dr. Crusan with our dental care. Stephanie is very skilled with my son and I have had cleanings with three of the other hygentists. I have referred several of my friends and neighbors to this office and everyone of them continues to go to Dr. Crusan. Give him a try I believe you will like him.

Do you DREAD YOUR DENTIST? If you go to Dr. Crusan you will NEVER have that feeling again! A local to the area most of my life, Ive tried multiple dentists all over the Vancouver area so I can tell you from experience that MOUNTAIN VIEW DENTAL is THE BEST! Dont bother with the rest! Even other dentists go here! Dr. Crusan and his staff truly care about their patients- they strive to give you the best, most competent care for your situation for a reasonable price when you need it... Pain? I started going to see Dr. Crusan in 2007 after being referred by a friend. I would not let anyone else touch my teeth. Dr. Crusan takes plenty of time explaining procedures and is frequently checking in with me during procedures to see how I am doing. It is obvious that he enjoys what he does and is good at it. His front office staff has always been very friendly and professional. His hygenist also has gentle hands and is very friendly. Having been to some lousy dentists in the past, I am glad I ended up with Dr. Crusan and staff. He is also a preferred provider for my plan.

I am one of the unfortunate who did not take care of my teeth as a teen. As a result I needed to have my 2 lower right molars removed. I was nervous about implants but decided that it was the best option for me. Dr. Crusan did a great job with my implant. I no longer worry about chewing on one side. Dr. Crusan has great bedside manner and his staff was friendly and accomadating. I couldnt ask for a better dentist. I recommend everyone wanting a great dentist to go to Moutain View Dental. Thank you Dr. Crusan for making the implant process awesome!

The office staff, hygienist and doctor were all very friendly, the office comfortable. The office staff lacks the necessary communication skills for the 21st century in my opinion. My primary communication method is email due to my profession. My emails were missed or ignored on repeated occasions resulting in a missed appointment charge of $100.00, that I have no intention of paying. This is unacceptable and unprofessional again in my opinion. I would not recommend them based on my experience

My daughter is 8 years old and had some pretty big dental needs. She was taken care of so quickly and she loved it there. The staff was so good with her. She was always comfortable and relaxed. They played movies during her visits to get her mind off the work they were doing and she always left happy. It is so nice to take my children somewhere I can trust and a place where they actually get excited to go back to. Thanks for making our experience so good!

I have been taking my family to Doctor Crusan for years. He is always gentle, honest, and caring. His office is beautiful. He has top of the line dental equipment and the chairs are very comfortable. His dental work is fantastic. I had an appointment last week and through out the "procedure" I didnt feel any pain, and when I was done I wasnt even numb. He applied the perfect amount of novacaine, he is a fantastic dentist.

Dr. Crusan is a perfectionist when it comes to excellent dentistry, bedside manner, and having the perfect staff! I have had alot of dentistry done in the past and will continue to do so in the future, therefore finding an excellent and kind dentist was a must! He is always finding new ways to kindly teach new hygiene skills rather than lecture. I find this very refreshing! Thank you Dr. Crusan!

Great dentist and staff! I look forward to all my dentist appointments. They are all very friendly and thorough throughout the visit. I also enjoy that they ask about previously talked about events (college, work, etc.) from the cleaning six months before. They get to know you on a personal level rather than being "just the next patient." I definitely recommend Mountain View Dental!

I had a tooth go bad while on vacation in Washington, 3,000 miles from my home. I was referred to Dr. Crusan by the innkeeper. I was very impressed by the doctor and his staff. He was able to treat my tooth with antibiotics and I was able to salvage my vacation and have a root canal when I returned home. I absolutely would recommend Dr. Crusan to anyone!

I could not have asked for a better outcome or overall experience getting an implant for a front tooth than I had at Mountain View Dental. All of my dental experiences have been positive with Dr. Crusan. Not only is Dr. Crusan a great Dentist but he has put together a friendly professional staff. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Crusan to others.
