I have been getting my dental work at Lonn Robertsons office for over 15 years and love it. I truly enjoy my time there which is an amazing thing to say for going to the dentist! The staff is super friendly, caring and compassionate. They give open and honest advice and do top notch work. They work hard for insurance coverage and take care of customers in emergencies. Lonn and the entire team are more like good friends with important skillls then going to a dentist office! I recommend then to anyone who asks about dentistry!

I have a typical Oregon mouth with little or no minerals in my teeth and more metal and fillings in my mouth accumulated over the years than I have enamel remaining. Ive been in many dental offices over the years including military dentists and in several other states. I have never experienced any where near the level of professional care that Dr. Robertson and his staff provide. I actually look forward to my dental appointments and recommend them to anyone wanting great care.

Im so glad I switched to Tracy and Dr. Lonn. The whole team there is just that...a team. A great ensemble of professionals who also have a great wit and sense of humor. I chipped a tooth a month ago and waited until short notice before my next cleaning to call and see if I could have that looked at. They told me to come in a little earlier than my cleaning appointment. Dr. Lonn filled the chip, and no one, INCLUDING THE STAFF, could tell which tooth it was! Great work!

Dr. Robertson and his staff are the best! I highly recommend going here if you are in need of a dentist, or need a switch from your current dentist! After a procedure this year, my husband asked me if my mouth was sore, and I told him, "Im sore, but not from the procedure, from laughing!" All of the people who work in the office are fantastic and genuinely interested in you. Never a negative experience in this office!! Thank you Dr. Robertson and staff!!!!

What a great, friendly staff! My mom had a crown that was sensitive and had been bothering her for several months. Her previous dentist could not find a problem with the tooth. Dr. Robertson worked late one night to fit her into his schedule and found significant decay under her crown. He not only fixed that tooth, but found -and corrected- bite issues on another crown. Her teeth and bite have never felt better. Its great to have a new dental home!

Our daughter made the change to Dr. Robertson two years ago when she needed a second opinion. She was so pleased with his excellent care that my husband and I have made Dr. Robertson our family dentist as well. His prompt, concise diagnosis of issues, efficient, painless treatment, and friendliness give us great confidence in his service. The staff in his clinic are helpful and welcoming. This is a dental office to call "home"!

The most kind, caring, patient and funny medical office Ive ever been to. Prior to making my first appointment with Dr. Robertson more than 15 years ago, I had extreme dental anxiety. We laugh about that now, as I actually look forward to visits and truly enjoy the kinship and professionalism with which the entire staff operate. Dr. Lonn is an excellent dentist. I love Diana in the office and hygienists too! Holly is the best! My husband found Dr. Lonn when we moved to Springfield back in 2008. We have since moved to Eugene, but we both continue to go back to Dr. Lonn in Springfield! I hope Dr. Lonn does not retire!!! Ever!!!! LOL
