I was not seen by Dr. Mines none of the times I went only by his PA. The PA is not that bright to say the least. She had to go back and forth to him for answers, which prolonged my time. It was like I was dealing with a child instead of a PA. The staff is OK, nothing to rave about. Dr. Mines did the surgery. He is good in what he does, however is a complete obnoxious jerk! Hes arrogant and has this way to belittle you. He seriously needs to grow up a little and be more serious when dealing with adults. He is quick to flip you off if he does want to hear what you have to say. I even saw him talking about me to the hospital nurse. Just plain two-faced and un-professional! That right there, killed it for me. As a patient I did not deserve that, if he had an issue with me, dont run to the nurses and crack sarcastic jokes, UGh what a jerk! After my first visit I should have never came back, but I gave him the benefit of doubt. My second visit, I was in the room waiting for 1hr for the PA to come in!!! Why not just leave me in the lobby!!???? I know somebody else out there agrees with me, not evenyone but I know im not alone. Avoid this place all together.

Great staff, great doctor. Dr. Mines did both of my knee replacements, and I am thrilled with the results. He is knowledgeable and proficient, but is also a genuinely nice human being. He cares about patients, and I am always well treated when I have an appointment.

Dr. Mines has worked with both my wife and I and we have both loved the work that he and his staff have done for us. He has worked with a variety of ailments and has always been great.

Dr. Mines and staff are wonderful. They take time with you and listen to what you have to say. I will have surgery soon but so far I could not ask for nicer group of people!
