Between the rude and unprofessional staff and the lack of organization, I have no idea how Dr An, ehobis absolutely wonderful, geys anything done. One thing I cannot stand is balance billing and I explained that very specifically to the staff of both ENT and the surgery center. I jad already given these foljs over $100 of my money before even deciding to have tubes put in my sons ears. The day of my sons surgery I was told to be at the center at a specific time and they didnt open the center until 15 minutes after my sons scheduled surgery. I went into very deep detail in my questioning about the process of the surgery, the aftercare and my out of pocket expense, and was extremely specific to ask exactly how much money I would need to bring. Apparently even though I gave them what they asked of me on the surgery date, they are still trying to lasso me with an over $500 bill, in addition to the near $300 that I already paid. If I had known that I would have to pay $800 for a surgery, plus near $200 for pre-surgery visits and an additional $100 for post surgery visits, I would have surely gone somewhere else. So when I try to get clarification on my situation, the billing staff treats me like Im stupid and cant comprehend the intricacies of billing insurance. Then the bill staff member started speaking in a slow monitors voice like I was in able to speak English. This is not how you speak to patients or their family if they want to stay in practice. Whether you are on the phone or waiting for an appointment, your wait time is always at least an hour, so I wouldnt recommend them unless you have a few hours to waste and $1000 or so. Now if Dr An were to change to another practice wed be more than happy to see him.

Horrible Billing practices, either the front office staff is incompetent or the practice is knowingly deceitful. I came in for a hearing test, had the hearing test done and then was told I may have sleep apnea??? They talked me into doing a sleep apnea test with a machine I would sleep with at home. I asked the price of the test and was told my portion would be $300, really didnt think I needed but said oh well since my wife thought I should do it, ( once again I just came for a hearing test ) maybe I shouldnt have agreed to it but I never would have agreed if I knew that I was going to be billed $968. After receiving the bill I didnt even come back for the follow up to the test, just didnt want to be scammed out of anymore money. Advise anyone to get everything in writing, the unprofessional lady over the phone explained it was actually $450 a night, and I had it for two nights. No way I would have agreed to this up front

Dr. Cerenko and staff are awesome. The billing department needs some customer service skills. Rude, argumentative and just plain nasty. They made an error on my bill. When I called to question it, rep acknowledged it was "their computer error", but never apologized for any inconvenience to me or other patients. I had surgery in October and had thought my bill was paid in full. Received another bill after their error for $500.00. The billing rep kept telling me " you owe this money even if we made an error". Shame.....loved the doctor, staff and surgery center but I wont be going back due to their billing rep. Hardly a way to treat Senior Citizens on a fixed income!

My questions were answered thoroughly after the opposite experience with a different medical specialist office. Dr. Cerenko was very professional and knowledgeable without being cold and sterile. He was very straightforward, which I appreciate as a patient. I saw no issue with the service I received as a patient and will return if I have further need for an ENT in the future.

I called ENT of Georgia South having been there a few years ago. They told me to come in in 1/2 hour, took me back for treatment immediately, giving me New Patient paperwork to fill out as I could between treatments. I would not hesitate to recommend ENT of Georgia South to anyone needing their type of service.
