This is what you can expect from a doctors office located in a strip mall next to Walmart. He almost killed me, ignoring highly important and vital information...telling me that it was in my head. All of my symptoms could have been better perceived and i would not have sought the help of the emergency room if this doctor had done his job in the first place. Every single symptom I told him was textbook clinical as to the reason I had to go to the emergency room and almost end my life. he is too scared to do anything to help me. He treats me like a pill seeker Im sorry I just got insurance and I dont have a cold I have something with pain Im sorry should have had strep throat my bad but since he almost killed me Im not letting it go in fact Ive already called my insurance company and Im going to call about his license and malpractice tomorrow The emergency room did not concur that night that it was in my Head!! Ill never ever go back to this trash doctor again as he seems to only like people better with the same complexion as him...if you get what I mean. He is nice and chatty seems like a real doctor the bedside manner and all doesnt ignore their symptoms telling them that theyre made up in their heads phantoms... his phantoms almost cost me my life Im so glad I didnt listen to him. I am very very lucky that I listen to my body and not that crack in that I thought a real health care professional that actually cared looks me in the eyes told me what was going on listen to my symptoms gave me test and exam actually touched my abdomen AHA youre going down buddy you should not have done this to me

Fui a esta clinica por que es la mas sercana a mi casa y que aceptaban mi seguro medico, nada recomendable al menos que no quieras pagar mucho o que te sobre el tiempo, para una emergencia? Ni se paren aqui, pesimo servicio, atencion, muy poco personal, fui con cita previa a las 9:15 para un chequeo fisico y sali hasta las 12:00. El lugar estaba muy sucio, mal organizado, el doctor Smith me hiso sentir super incomoda y me lastimo mucho, muy poca higiene su bata blanca ya no era blanca estaba tan sucia, muy poco profecionalismo. Si llegas a ir por que no tengas una mejor opcion? Asegurate de llevar algun bocadillo y algo que te mantenga ocupado por que estaras ahi por horas.

Dont waste your time with this clinic. I went to Dr. Smiths office a couple weeks ago. They made me wait well over 90 minutes in the room and the additional 30 in the waiting room. First, the room he made me wait in wasnt even in a proper room, more like a storage closet. I was left unattended with thousands of patients files. The reason why I went to the clinic in the first place was because I was in an automobile accident a week prior and injured my arm. Dr. Smith didnt even give me an x-ray and examined arm for maybe 2-3 minutes. He prescribed a 6 day steroid regimen and Ibprofen 800mg. I specifically told him I didnt want Ibprofen because this medication hurts my stomach but her refused to prescribe anything else. Anyways, 2 weeks later I continue to bear with the pain and called the drs office insisting they give me an x-ray. They said sure, come in anytime. So I go in, and then the Dr. Smith doesnt even come out to look at me and tells receptionist I dont need an x-ray and said he will prescribe the same steroid and ibuprofen to me. I personally rarely go to the doctors, only when I absolutely have to and cant bear the pain. It would be nice if the doctor actually considers that I am in pain, and need a stronger prescription.

Lets start by saying they are way understaffed! I arrived at 11:43 for 11:45 appt. I sat in the lobby until 12:30 with no other patients in the place and had to tell the receptionist if I am not seen soon that I would be leaving. I was brought through the door and sat down for blood work,urine test, blood pressure and weight. The receptionist try to help with those items but told me they need a lot of help and they have asked for help multiple times and have been turned down by there boss. After 10 mins in the chair I was brought to a room for an EKG. After was brought to a room to wait to see the doctor. After ten minutes waiting I start hearing screaming from a patient that never received a call back from a week earlier after leaving multiple messages about bad medicine she was prescribed that almost sent her to the hospital. Five minutes later the nurse came in apologizing about the extremely long wait and the screaming and yelling. I told her if I have to wait five more minutes that I was leaving. This very poor first impression of doctors appt took over an hour and twenty mins to not even see the doctor! Stay far away from this unorganized,understaffed non professional so called doctors office.

I give 1 star only because "0" is not available. 90 mins wait even when Im the only patient in reception area, I threaten to leave, then nurse takes me in to get vitals. Then another 15 min wait to see doctor. Unprofessional staff whether on the phone, email, or in-office. Today the staff just hung up on me before we could finish our polite telephone conversation. I like the doctor himself and I wish I could keep him as my primary physician, but their highly unprofessional setup could endanger my life. I am looking for a different doctor. **Update - More than 3 weeks after my last visit, doctors office has not called back to review my lab results as promised. **Update - I left message with nurse for doctor, no call back after more than 24 hours. If this continues, its only a matter of time before these guys face a major insurance claim.

This clinic is a highlight to why I avoid doctors offices and prefer Walgreens Clinic for non-emergency issues. The office admin very unfriendly and all around inefficient especially with sending required paperwork to insurance company. Whole clinic filthy/dirty from waiting area to exam room-- unacceptable for doctors office. The doctor himself was just ok. The only shining light was the nurse very friendly in person and pleasant the several times I talked to her over the phone.

Staff does not know how to make a referral to a specialist. My doctor left the clinic and I was not told. When I went in for the physical examination a nurse practioner came in the examination room. When I asked for my PC, I was told she was not there today. Found iur later that the doctor was not working at the clinic three months prior to my sppointment. Was scheduled for several tests some of which were not properly referred, hence my insurance company did not approve.

Clinic is old and run down. Front desk customer service is bad. One of the receptionists had a crying baby the whole time I was in waiting area. Only positive was the nurse practitioner which had a good bedside manner. I went for a physical and had a deep bruise for several days on my arm where the nurse drew blood. They never called me to give me lab results and when I called, the receptionist was very rude. I will not go back.
