No real web presence. I called to get an eye exam for glasses but they would not schedule an exam that didnt include dilating my Iris for retinal problems. I will probably just go to safeway and find some reading glasses that work.

Always helpful when I call in. Very accommodating schedules as well. Takes VSP insurance that I pay for through my work and now matches Costco pricing on my contacts.

Lot of (over)billing problems. e.g., they dont go with the VSP contracted rate even though they are a contracted VSP provider!
