This was my worst experience ever . I brought my son here for his annual eye exam for glasses, the appointment started at 4p and did not end until 6p, I was not informed that they no longer take my insurance until I arrived, I was charged (robbed) a total of $175 for the eyeglass exam only (not contacts) and it did not include any frames or lenses. I did however get his RX for eyeglasses, which I must now take to an alternative place that participates with my insurance.

Luisa Thompson is the doctor at this location, she was not even nice enough to introduce herself, the staff was ok but the doctor could use done people skills, she couldnt diagnose anything for my daughter but said she might have some kind of cornea disease, I asked her what that disease is and how could we great it, she had no answer, do not go to this doctor, Im already looking for a different doctor!!

I love her. Id go there for my kids should they ever need glasses. Shes help me see better then other places. My third time going and same experianced every time.
