I have been blessed to have Dr Pham as my optometrist for 7 years now. When I came to him he knew he was in for challenge. I wear gas permeable contact lenses, with an extremely difficult eye to fit. I had previously seen a doctor fo5r a year that couldnt get it right which caused some damage to my eyes. Dr Pham not only took on the challenge, but was able to get it right. He has been the best optometrist that has kindness compassion and patience, and believe me he needed it with me. He has gone above and beyond for me on many occasions. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! I would also like to mention his receptionist Marina, when I went into the office with my eyes extremely swollen she personally drove me to a specialist, which I found out I had split my cornea.

My 1 year old got into my last pair of contacts the day before I left out of town. I looked online for an eye doctor and came across this location. I had called a few others, but none could see me that day. It was about 11am. I called UC Eye Care and they were able to fit me in at 1pm. I needed glasses and contacts. I arrived at 12:50pm and was out of there and home by 1:35pm afetr an exam with new glasses and contacts. The doctor and staff were extremely helpful and answered any all questions asked. My lenses were cut and done there at the office. The doctor had my contacts in stock. It was quick (without feeling rushed) and easy! I recommended to a friend. They went and also had a wonderful experience. I will always come here for my eye care.

I stumble into this office and it was everything I wanted and needed. The environment is calm and inviting. They accept walk-ins, the staff is extremely nice and welcoming and also very professional. The doctor was nice and able to see me immediately and I walked away with new information on how to properly care for my contacts as well as my eyes. I am very satisfied with the office and expierence and I would recommend to any and every one! Please stop in and get your eye care by people who care!

I highly recommend Dr.Phams office. I have seen him for years and years at his Jones Maltsberger location. My family has seem him for a very long time and are very happy with him and his staff. Dr Pham is professional, honest and to the point. I have seen other doctors in his office in the past and was happy with them as well. But he by far is my favorite.

I called in to get seen and they fit me in that same morning which was good because I was having blurry vision and lots of eye irritation. The doctor was very nice and helped answer all the questions and concerns I had. The staff was sweet and I will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future eye exams or vision issues.

I also had a very enjoyable experience. I made a same day appointment and was in and out within 45 minutes. The staff and physician were all very professional and knowledgeable. It was the quickest visit to the eye doctor Ive ever had and I would definitely come back again for my next exam.

Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Not a lot of waiting and I got my glasses within 20 minutes of getting my prescription. They make the glasses on site. Very pleased with my experience here.

Never get contacts there he will try to get you to get glasses i guess insurance pays more . Doctor was very rude he cussed, called his customers crazy, and was very rude. I will never go again.
