Dr Tenaro is amazing. The front staff, however, makes me never want to return. I will not name the woman by name to spare her embarassment and possibly, her job. My hope is that the facility takes this as an opportunity to learn and uses this to increase training to eliminate this type of behavior. The front staff members are rude, condescending, treat you like you know nothing, and talk down to you. I recognize that this is a cosmetic and medical facility and this type of behavior is seen in a lot of medical facilities (for some unknown reason, they deem themselves higher than you and treat you accordingly). I come here often and get services that are not cheap. But regardless if I was a lady of society or jobless, I should be treated as a human and with respect. Everyone deserves basic human dignity. Please train your staff to treat everyone that comes in the same as they would treat their loving mother....with kind words, a greeting perhaps, and normal toned questions or statements without the condescension.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Creed before she left. I had planned on finding another dermatologist until I saw Dr Tenaro. She is very sweet and listened to what I wanted. Ive never had a problem with her. The front staff had been an issue in the past but havent had a problem with them within the past year. New ladies hired I believe.

front staff is disgusting. Why cant they keep any doctors? Prob because the other doctors dont treat them right.
