Was easy to schedule an appointment and did not have to wait long for the doctor. His front desk staff is pleasant and Dr. Jan is very professional. He took the time to answer my questions and did not make me feel rushed. He also did not pressure me to buy anything from him but gave me all my options so I could make an informed decision. I had gone to a couple other OD for second opinions but felt like they didnt take time to listen to my issue or they were very aggressive with trying to sell their products. I felt like Dr. Jan made me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend him for any of your vision care needs!

Im not a big fan of going to the eye doctors, all of the ones I have gone to I feel did not take their time with me and they were not personable. Dr. Jan is not like that. He was friendly the entire time and kept the conversation going. Its difficult to find a doctor who is actually interested in what you have to say. When I got there, I was seen immediately, my whole trip did not last hours like other places. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor!

I had to get a new supply of contacts and had the pleasure of seeing Dr Jan. The staff was very kind and accommodating and Dr Jan was very knowledgeable. They were able to find me a trial pair of contacts even though I have a high prescription, and I was able to see better than 20/20! Buying glasses was a great experience as well. I will be returning here for my yearly exams for sure.

When I first came in Dr, Jan and the receptionist were very friendly. I was seen on time for my exam, the exam was very thorough. After the exam since Dr. Jan office is located in Costco i was able to go to optical where i could pick out my glasses. I really enjoyed my experience and i will be coming back every year!!!!

And let me just say that Dr. Jan made the entire experience extremely memorable - he was friendly, courteous, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. I think Ive found my new optometrist. HIGHLY recommended.

Practice is conveniently located within the Frederick Costco, which I love. Dr. Jan clearly prioritizes customer service, as he saw me during his lunch break and loaded me up with tons of sample contacts and accessories.
