Dr. Jahnke and her staff are great! I always try to write a review when I interact with a business that goes above and beyond -- and they definitely do! Starting with the atmosphere - it is really comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. Not to mention the location is great if you live in Mass Ave / Chatham Arch / Lockerbie / Downtown. My interaction with Brooke was great and she is very friendly - she gathered my family history and made everything super easy. Although my appointment was not for glasses, I did notice their selection. Very cute frames and a lot to choose from. I would like to return for a pair of glasses. My appointment was for a cut on my eye - Dr. Jahnke was so incredibly gentle with the "minor procedure" she had to do, and I feel a lot better already. I highly recommend them!

I received some fantastic service from the team at inVista Optical. I can highly recommend them! Their service is very professional and courteous as well as having some very up-to-date eye examination equipment. I did not feel rushed through my eye exam and Dr. Jahnke asked if I had any questions or concerns at multiple points. Their location is very convenient to walk to as well. One other thing I really like about them is theyre not part of a large corporate chain - theyre a local, one location business. That alone made me want to choose them over the other options downtown, but also their service did not disappoint. Youll be in great hands here for all of your eye needs.

This is a great place to get glasses. Customer service is outstanding! The doctor is an Ophthalmologist and an Optometrist so all the bases are covered. After buying at places like MyEye Dr. and other retailers feels really good to come to a place like this and get the best care for the best price. No hidden fees not obscure marketing. My wife also got her contacts here and is very happy. We will come back .

This place is a tad more expensive but worth the money
