My visit was pleasant enough. I went in to have two moles removed for cosmetic reasons since my wedding was three months away. I followed the follow up care to a T and I ended up with horrible scars on my body. The one on my chest is bright red and almost looked like it was bleeding 3 months later at my wedding. The one on my back turned a dark brown and for some reason has a scar circle actually around it. I was in complete tears because these show up in all my wedding photos. I called their office and their explanation was basically that it was my bodys fault that I dont heal well. Ive spoken with other doctors and people who have had moles removed, and none of them experienced this. In fact, they were horrified at the results and are now scared to get another one done. They said I could pay them another $150-$200 for a follow up appointment, followed by saying there isnt really much than can do. So, they scarred my body, I paid over $500 for it, and now they want more money just to tell me "Oh, well. You are stuck with it." Just beware, because I dont want anyone to have what happened to me happen to them. I try not to wear anything too low cut or tank tops and less than short sleeve dresses because of this. I would give a 0 star rating if I could. They scarred me for life.

Excellent staff that treats each patient with professionalism and caring. I recently went to Dr. Skandamis for botox in my glabella area (frown lines that look like 11s between eyebrows), my experience was very caring with individual attention to my needs. The results were speedy and my frown lines faded away within 3 days!! The placment technique that Dr. Skandamis uses gave my upper face a noticable lift, with a non-invasive step towards looking more rested and younger. Who doesnt want that, right? I am so pleased with my results, this is the second time I have went to Universal Dermatology for my glabella area, both times same consistent, timely and noticable results. I highly recommend Universal Dermatology for all your skin, wrinkle reduction and ridding your face of brown and/or age spots.

Everyone at Universal Dermatology is very professional and real-world. I was referred by a friend, to Dr. Skandamis for a tattoo removal. I was excited, but nervous about the pain of tattoo removal. When I showed up for my first appointment, every step of the removal and healing process was clearly explained to me. So were the expectations of how many sessions it might take for complete removal. Im very happy with the professional service I received from Dr. Skandamis and his staff.

Dr Skandamis was very professional and attentive. I struggle with anxiety especially in regards to seeing a new Dr and this practice put me at ease. The staff was very polite. Ive been to doctors offices before where the staff seemed bored and sluggish. The staff at this office all seemed so happy to be there. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend going there.

I got in quickly and the staff was friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised on how much extra care I received here as opposed to my last place. Such a friendly and warm staff- front desk, nurse, and Dr. Skanadmis. It did not take long to get an appointment and when I was there the appointment was quick, but thorough.
