Ive been to this office a couple times, not terribly happy on any occasion. First visit was for acne treatment, the doctor prescribed a high dose of antibiotics for one month. A few months later I had some routine blood work done and it indicated some liver issues. I am young and extremely healthy. The doctor who ordered the blood test was very surprised I was put on antibiotics for acne for a month and indicated this can be bad for the liver. I cant be positive there was a connection but in hindsight I learned never to take an antibiotic for that long without presence of infection or obvious need. Not to mention, this did nothing long-term for my acne. Second appointment was for a general body check for moles etc. The doctor MISSED a changing mole which I had biopsied a couple months later which turned out to be melanoma. Very, very dangerous. I felt the skin check was very rushed, just a quick look-over. I am not surprised this was missed. Third appointment I was running late for the appointment, I had trouble getting out of work on time, I called ahead to say I was running late, they said no problem. When I arrived they said the doctor would not see me because he had other patients. I understand I was late but I did call ahead. I would have waited an hour or more for his schedule to catch up to be seen. Also, how many times have we all waited 30 minutes or more for a doctor to see us?? I have never been refused at a doctors office. Never. I will not be returning to this practice.

Had an appointment for hair laser treatment - had a horrible experience. On the lowest setting was extremely painful and Sara said they do not administer any type of numbing cream. Also pain would increase with each treatment. I would not recommend this to anyone from this place. I had a doctor appointment last week and Dr. Radloff. She seemed unconcerned and was not empathetic to my issues. She was disinterested and was trying to hurry to the next patient. I would not recommend this doctor.

Called on December 22 to make a first time appointment for my son. The conversation went like this: "Id like to make an appointment for my son." DGC: "We are booked until the end of January." That would have been fine with me, but by the tone of whomever is answering the telephones, they are not interested in new patients. Bummer as they were referred by a friend. The front desk is the doorway to a successful business - we were turned off and away.

I had an appt at the Dublin location. When I got there they had made a scheduling mistake. I was told the dr was running late and they couldnt see me. They only offer me a time for the next day in the morning. No one really wanted to help reschedule me. I am a schedule at a medical office and these mistakes do happen. We always see the patient even if it means we are leaving late. I will not be making an appt with them again.

Prescribed oracea that caused a horrible reaction and wouldnt see me same day to help, then when they said they would get me in made we wait an hour even though they said they would get me in and I called ahead, had to drive to office out of the way, wasnt pleased with first visit anyway(felt rushed) as I told the nurse the issues I wanted to address and he only asked about one thing.

I see Dr. Kirkland who is very knowledgeable and kind. He has treated me for both squamous cell and melanoma. He always takes the time to address all of my concerns. I am able to get in to see him rather quick. When he discovered my biopsy was melanoma, he made room for me the very next day. He also addressed scar treatments/cosmetic options. Very professional.

I visited the Hospital for my 22 months old kid , as she has rashes on her face. The doctor suggested Elidel cream, we applied for 3 weeks later realized that its not supposed to be used for kids younger than 24 months and its very well mentioned on one of the coupons received. I am not sure why did the doctor suggest that for younger kid.

Unprofessional. Didnt have the appointment I made on file, so I drove from an hour away to be told the doctor I scheduled to see wasnt even there and I had no appointment. They did absolutely nothing to help me and wasted my time. I will not bring come here again.
