Office staff is deplorable at the front desk. Nursing and Dr. are fantastic! If you can stomach the front desk and not let them bully you into giving up your SS#, Drivers license, CC# all of which they say is a state law. Which its not, but you feel like a common criminal after this experience, the Dr. is top notch. Why the Dr. requires this type of behavior and demands all of it or you cant be seen is beyond me. Other posts are correct, but we did get excellent service from the Dr. Just wishing his practice at the front desk would change as I cannot recommend that at all.

Front desk staff Is DEPLORABLE, X10! My dad wanted to stay because he likes the doctor, but I would have left without seeing the doctor if the appointment was for me. Why the doctor lets the front desk staff be so rude is beyond me. If what was required by insurance be what they were asking, we would have never had a doctor paid before. Weve never had a claim denied. Ive been helping my parents fill out forms for 15 years or more. Never a problem. This office is a good example of the worst that America has to offer.

Dr. Ulery doesnt care about you and makes you pay more for your prescription so he can get a larger cut. The medicine he was prescribing me while I was dealing with acne never showed any improvement. After requesting to try something different, he insisted that I continue using Torzac, which was ineffective for me. After about a year of no improvement and no initiative on his side, I switched to Dr. Moulton (Also located in Monroe). Dr. Moulton is much more professional and cares more about her patients than Dr. Ulery.

The sign in sheet was an indicator. At least every fifteen minutes another patient signed in. My wait to see the doctor was over an hour *past my appointment time*, twice - both at the initial exam and the follow up exam. This doesnt even include the time spent for arriving ahead of the scheduled appointment. Both times the exam by the doctor was cursory at best and lasted about two minutes. In my opinion, this doctor is trying to maximize his income by seeing too many patients.

This place is a joke, they dont know what insurances they accept until they see your insurance card, they have rude staff who dont know the HIPPA laws, and they call to confirm your appointment and say its at one time, but have you schedule for a different time. Unprofessional and shouldnt have young high school/ early college students running their desk. What a shame.

Seemed like a good experience. In the end though, the staff and doctor did not leave me well informed. Instead, I left the office thinking I had a more serious condition than I really did. And, the surgery I was supposed to have turned out to be a "consultation" instead. I wont return...Ill be having my surgery at promedica instead...

This doctor is ripping people off big time, dont waste your money!!! I took all 3 of my daughters here for over a year and nothing got better on any of them. I started going to a different doctor in December 2016 and within a month the new doctor had all 3 of my kids cleared up of everything.

Dr. Ulery is amazing! I have been a patient of his for over 10 years. He is knowledgeable, hard working and has a great sense of humor. I recommend him 100% to any one searching for a top notch dermatologist.
