My daughter had been going to Tammy Sterner MD, under James Miller, for 10 years. When she went in for her appointment they told her she was no longer a patient. She was awarded SSD about 6 months ago for manic depression, fibro ,thyroid disease, and a host of other serious painful medical conditions. They, by law, are to give a 30 day notice to patients if they do not want them as patients. This was not done. She is having to do without her medications until she can find a doctor to accept her. This could have serious consequences. She is not the only one this happened to. I could name at least two or three others they have done it to without a 30 day prior notice. They also were medicare/Medicaid patients. What happened to caring about their patients? At least follow the law of 30 days notice if money is so important that you would throw your patients to the dogs. Beware of Monroe Medical Associates. Obviously you do not come first as a patient unless you have lots of cash or high paying insurance. Its all about the money! This is being reported to AMA and we are also contacting BBB.

They dont accept patients unroll you get an approval. They said they will call me back with approval . Nobody called for a week, then when I called on 2- 16- 17 at 2:10pm. I was telling her that it was very urgent for me to see a doctor and she got very defensive and told me to leave a bad review and hung up the phone! What a horrible choice of doctors office, no hospitality or any phone educate. I am offended and I hope they figure out rude receptionists kill kill your establishmemt in yhe long run. She actually incouraged me to leave a one star review so.. Here you go!

I had heard that he was an excellent Dr, so when I needed a new Dr I called his office. The wait to get in was short and he has a great bed side manner. He is personable and kind. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.
