While Dr. Agnone was nice enough, she has herself over booked in my opinion. She raced in and out during my time there. She then diagnosed me quickly, gave me very little info or time for questions, and was on her way. I went to OSU for a 2nd opinion and discovered she not only likely misdiagnosed me on one issue she completely missed another issue that would have eventually left me blind in one eye if not for OSUs prompt attention.

Snotty staff. Waited 45 minutes past appointment time..Wanted to keep my insurance cards and drivers license until after Id seen Dr. I wasnt the least bit comfortable with that. What is the logic there? Finally gave up and told them to cancel my appointment. Ill go somewhere else.

Yes the wait can sometimes be terribly long. However I think it is worth the wait. It it wasnt for her I would have lost the vision in my right eye.
