It sometimes takes two hours of voice prompts that lead to nowhere, and MAYBE if your lucky youll get a human and get to set your appointment. However there will be times where youll NEVER get through, and youll eventually get tired of getting put on hold for hours a day. You might end up having to set an appointment with another medical center. Its too bad, because Dr. Margoilis is GREAT! Once you get your appointment hes VERY quick, and very nice. One of the few doctors Ive ever met who is both considerate and pleasant. He takes time to explain things to where the average person can understand. If only theyd invest in a better answering system, it would be perfect.

I will go out of my way to make sure I come see Dr. Margolis and his staff. Working in the medical field for over 5 years at Oakwood (now Beaumont)and the University of Michigan I still cant find a better doctor and staff. When he is busy with hospital rounds, the Nurse Practitioners are just as knowledgeable. I had a woman named Christie, I believe, and she answered my every question throughly and accurate. Could not be more pleased!!

I have been with Dr Margolis almost 3 years he is the best doctor I have had kind understanding just a great man in general but I agree that the phone system needs improvement the hold times are outrageous bur for Dr Margolis I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great doctor

The website says your opened til 5:00 on Friday. But when I call you close at 12:00, I guess Ill have to wait til Monday to call back .....
