Bare with me here as we have history with Dr. Hannan. My mom passed away back in 1978 from an asthma attack. She was only 49. I wish she could have known Dr. Hannan, as Im sure she would have celebrated her 88th birthday with us or at least many many more than she did. Theophylline and over the counter, primatine mist were the only drugs to treat her asthma back then. My sister, Lisa is 2 years my senior and yes, she has that dreaded disease asthma also. She was seeing another pulmonary doctor after my mom passed and he was a good man but not very confident treating my sister(the worst case of asthma in Genesee County)so I think he just filled her basket with one med after another. I cant even count the nights that I rushed my sis to the old St Joes emergency room, running lights all the way, trying to get her there before she stopped breathing. All the nurses knew us well. They said that they should have named a wing after her- haha! On one of these many trips, a nurse who wasnt supposed to give her opinion...DID!!

Great doctor for asthma and for sleep apnea. I see him for both. Easy to get appointments. He takes time to listen and makes sure medication is working. If things arent perfect he will work until they are. I am feeling better than I have in years.
