I really liked the experience of the consultation with Dr. Reza F. Ghohestani. I was impressed with the fact that his assistant was also so extremely professional, actually another doctor or advanced M.D. student, also very knowledgeable. The complete service was very good. As a Mexican, I have had very bad experiences with the U.S. health services considering that is more focused in the sales rather than the actual health of the patient, also always filling long sheets. In this case, everything asked in the sheet was visibly used in the consultation. I learned that we still can find good medics in this country, focused in the person, except for the fact that the consultation was expensive. Two things that I can mention to improve the service are a) When the doctor told me that probably I will need to receive laser, depending on how my skin react in 4 weeks, I ask how much would be for that but I was not informed. So the recommendation is to be clear about that kind of questions. To know the prices of the complementary services, in the case they are needed and why, is important. b) The time waiting was very long so the second recommendation is to not make the patient wait a lot, or explain the reason of the delay in case if it was because of the analysis of the file filled by the patience, in order to provide a better consultation. Overall a great service and I would like more doctors like Dr. Reza F. Ghohestani in the United States, with an human approach. Health, not money, must be the priority in medicine.

worst experience ever. i went in for botox and then asked about getting filler. the doctor said no problem. when i told him i wanted to correct the hollows under my eyes he preceded to inject the filler right under my eyelashes and then sent me to a room and had a staff member rub a hot wand over my eye claiming to smooth it out. I went home and when i woke up the next morning my eyes were sagging so bad and there were huge circles that had formed under my eyes. After 2 days it became worse. I did not trust going back to him so went to another doctor in tears at what he had done to my eyes. the doctor was in shock at where he injected the filler and said he never should have injected filler there. I have had to undergo numerous treatments to correct and had to have an hylenex injected to try to dissolve all the filler he injected incorrectly. when i went back to dr ghohastani to have him look at what he had done he sent me away and put a piece of tape on my eye and told me to wear it for a few days. What a quack!!! Be very aware if you choose this place, I have forever been scared by this man. Worst filler doctor ever!!!!

Staff was good, but doctor was very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Reza for a mole removal consult, I waited for 45 minutes and was finally seen. Dr Reza walked in and asked a few questions about my health (Im 29) and didnt even examine my facial moles. I said I wanted them removed. He said that they were OK and he would see me in 6 months for a checkup and walked out and was clearly in a hurry for lunch. After I fussed about it to the receptionists the doctor said he would remove only one mole for a cost of 250.00. I had 7 moles. My facial moles are very tiny and total for all to be removed would be 1775.00 and would require a new visit and another copay. I immediately called another dermatologist office and they told me to come in later that day. I showed up and they removed all moles, used laser to prevent scarring and only changed me a $25.00 copay!!! I do not recommend Dr. Reza to anyone. Make sure you do not schedule your appointment near lunchtime, his lunch matters more than his patients do!!!

A few months ago I took my daughter to this quack for the few skin warts she had on her hand. We were met at the reception desk where 2 other patients were scheduled at the same time. The admission forms included a nice little question asking how much money was willing to be spent on the condition ... in my 35 years as a registered nurse (wife of F. Bakhsh), I have never run across such a blatantly greedy office. The actual procedure of cryotherapy took about 5 minutes (we were there for 1.5 hours) with a cost of $250.00, and pretty much ineffective to remove the condition. After finally seeking treatment at the pcps office , Leon Springs Family practice, a drug called "imiquimod" rid of the warts within 3 months, without a follow up as requested by this jerk, who Im sure would have charged another $250.00! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF and go to the family practice next door!

I suffered from severe malasma for several years, until I came to Dr.Ghohestani. I was visiting doctor to doctor, permorfng several lasers for years, with no concreate outcome. I was recommended by my family doctor to see Dr. Ghohestani being as he is one of the top awarded dermatologist in the country. His office was very high tech ,professional and super clean environment with a friendly and caring staff, somewhere you would want to get your treatment done. He was very patient and caring with me, taking his time to really benefit his patient. Unbelievably my malasma disappeared after one laser treatment, an extremely professional and knowledgable doctor, would recommend to anyone. Thank you Dr.ghohestani, your are an amazing doctor. The world need more knowledgeable Dr like you, you returned my self confidence.

horrible! went to get botox with groupon. Paying cash they wanted to charge me more so i just purchased it through groupon. Then once the doctor saw me. He gave me his fist instead of shaking my hand like most professional doctors do. Which I can careless, but what really bothered me was that he walked in with a syringe already opened with liquid in the injection. Who knows what kind of liquid was in there. All doctors Ive been with for botox open the syringe in front of you & vial as well. Supposedly his assistance had put it in another room. So there was no solution to my arrgument when I complained. I get 38 unites but he has been the only doctor that has told me I need 60. For my age 60 unites would be ludicrous. Though the staff was very nice & establishment was clean

I really wasnt impressed with this office or the doctor. I was charged just to be looked at, nothing much done. The doctor looked like he had just woken up too, which I found a bit odd, and just kind of had a demeanor like he wasnt focused or cared to really hear me out. He was in a rush and spent like 2 minutes with me. Also, there was a lot of very indiscreet ads/posters showing way more than needs to for one to get the point of the place. I had to ask the young lady to stop a screen saver/running ad on the computer that was running in the private room right in front of me. Overall just uncomfortable with this place.
