My husband had a 2:00 dentist Appt and was about 10 minutes early. He had to find someone to let know he was there. Once he was back he was told they were going to do X-rays but he declined. The dentist then replied to my husband saying "you dont have to be a patient here". And if that wasnt enough then said we saw you check your watch in the waiting room. So they sat back in the office watching him wait and did nothing. Very unprofessional and rude. They lost my husband, myself and my two kids.
