At first I was so pleased with TruBlu Dentistry March 4, 2017 would have been my second appt. with them. I was looking very forward to this appointment. I just started a new job and I am only able to make Saturday appointments. My mom had a family emergency that left me running late for my appointment. I called to let them know my situation and that I was going to be late. They seem understanding until I got there, than I was told that I could not be seen. So now I have to walk around still with a missing tooth in the front of my mouth because I could not be seen. I really thought I had found a reasonable understanding and respectful family dentistry but right now I am a little disappointed. The clerk at the desk was not even pleasant at all. I guess Ill stick with the female dentist that I had seen the first time. She was very nice and pleasant she walk through with me the steps that I needed to take in having that perfect smile again. I was so sad and she explained how everything will get better in time. I will never schedule an appointment with the male dentist again.

Absolutely loved this dentist office! I was hesitant about finding a new dentist office for my children and wasnt very optimistic in my search. Until I found TruBlu Dentistry. Once I saw 5 stars from pretty much everyone I immediately...thought they must be fake! Lol! No office gets all five stars all of the time right? Well the ladies deserve it! Great phone etiquette! Great customer service! Great attitudes all around! I was running late about 15 minutes late (I called 30 minutes before my appointment to say so) and they still let me come with my 3 children. Even though it was the end of the day and I know everyone had to be ready to go home they were still ALL extremely pleasant! PLUS they had great patience when working with all my children but especially my 4 y/o son when he was a little afraid of the tools. The Dentist and Technician were very detailed with the work they were doing. Overall, just an awesome experience and Im glad we found our new dental home! Great job!

Everyone that works at the dental office is great. I had a positive experience with everyone that took care of me. The receptionist could tell I was nervous, so she joked around with me. I felt a little more at ease. Dr. Gaglani took the time to explain the cost and treatment to me. During the procedures, she was very kind and patient. She explained what she was going to do before she did it. This helped me know what to expect and helped me relax. She did everything possible for me to feel no pain. I really appreciate the compassion she showed me. Dr. Raj was sweet. He wants you to be comfortable and as pain-free as possible. If you have a fear of the dentist or you havent been to one in years. I recommend going to this place. They make you feel better about the whole process of going to the dentist.

BEST experience I have ever had at a Dentist! I came in for emergency dental work and was treated with competence and Compassion! The entire staff was professional and made me feel at ease. Not only was my urgent dental care thoroughly treated better than expected, a long term treatment plan was also discussed that has me very enthusiastic about the new future of my smile! A special word of gratitude to Shirelle, who initially made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. As a woman with a phobia of dentistry, I was immediately comforted by her kind demeanor and professional knowledge! She patiently answered every question I had addressed from various types of treatments offered to complicated insurance issues. I look forward to my on-going dental care being provided to me by TruBlu Dentistry!

Dr. Raj and his team are one of the most competent professionals i have ever encountered. Naturally i was a little intimidated arrving at his office but his staff made me comfortable. Dr. Raj approached me in a professional manner and explained every procedure he was going to do to me thoroughly. During the procedure, Dr. Raj would check on my well being by asking if there was any pain that i thought was unbearable, and to my surprise his technique and procedures made it go very smoothly. The best part about my appointment? Dr. Raj and his staff have a great sense of humor! i would highly recommend him to family and friends...in fact, i think other network dentists could learn a lot from Dr. Raj and his team. This is not a paid advertisement...this is coming from a U.S. Marine...Semper Fi

Today i walked in with appointment too trublue dental and was greeted by young lady who had great comforting smile..!!! That shirelle had set up....both of them had great attitudes and were very pleasant...!! I downloaded initial paperwork.they needed me tu fill out since i was first time customer and save me time once i got there...i walked in with cracked molar and very promptly they took proper exrays and seated in dentist chair...and then young lady dentist entered and gave me many options under my coverage....!! I walked out of there very happy after she fixed cracked tooth and did fillings that i needed....i recommend. This office 100% and will be back soon!! Thanks Trublu

I am absolutely impressed. I was so nervous trying out a new dentist being Ive had the same dentist since Ive been young, but this experience was nothing less than amazing. Im so happy with the work I had done today. Im loving it! He was so patient with me-because Im scared when I go- but even more so, was very knowledgeable in what he does and compassionate. Hes so kind and doesnt try to push options for his benefit. I got the feeling he truly cared and that hes super genuine. His staff are really accommodating and overall made it very comfortable for me. I will definitely be back. Would love to have him as my new dentist!!!

How to describe my experience at TruBlu Dentistry in Burbank, IL.? I have always been uncomfortable going to the dentist office, that is, until I went to TruBlu Dentistry in Burbank, IL. First off, the receptionist and assistants are the best. They are friendly and profesional and go our of their way in making you feel as comfortable as can be at a dentist office. My dentist was Dr. Anushka Gaglani, DDS . Dr. Gaglani is a great dentist. She is so friendly and takes the time to make the patient feel comfortable before moving forward with any procedure. I highly recommend TruBlu Dentistry to anyone and everyone.

This is the second time I go there made me wait one hour . I was told to bring my retainers for adjustment from a previous dentist place come to find out he cant adjust them . why would you tell your client you can do certain work and back out on it . and today I had a cleaning done the young lady with glasses was very annoying she seemed lazy complaining on how some ppls teeth arent clean etc .and it made her job harder its your job to clean teeth why are you even doing this type of work lol feb/4/2017 Im never going back to this place is a joke
