The staff is awful. I went to visit my mom & when I walked in I smelt poop. My mom said no one had been in there all day. So I drove over to McDonalds & got myself lunch & an Apple pie for my mom & when I came back, It STILL smelt like poop. She said no one has come in yet. So I walked out to the desk & got the nurse & said "excuse me, can you come with me?" so we walked down to the room & I asked if she smelt that. She said yes, it smelt like poop. I told her I was here & left again for 1p minutes & it still smelt. I was very pissed off & the nurse knew it. She went down the hall & a moment later someone finally came in. Theyre understaffed & lazy. I want her out of this place.

Thats just lovely to find out when my Dad is a patient there. John you obviously havent been to Laurie Ann Nursing home lately, I am there EVERY DAY for the last 6 months, and the things that goes on there is absolutely ridiculous!!! Dont try to talk them up until you be spent time there. As for the nurses and aides love the patients not TRUE at all

Jay is just pissed because he is a whiner and nobody will take him serious. Drug tests are mandatory, regular and random. The patients love the staff and the staff loves the patients. Maybe he lost control so he has to go here to trash them. And no I dont work there or own stock in the place.

One of the rudest phone calls ever. I called for some basic info and was given a short undetailed answer and hung on before I could even say anything more. I immediately called back and received the same treatment. If this is the treatment the residents receive, my heart goes out to them.

Did not care for this facility. The staff seems incompetent and they had many issues with producing a correct billing statement and running it through insurance properly.

They obviously dont drug test their employees because I know 2 people that work there that would NEVER pass a drug test, plus they SELL it. posted 8/20/15
