Two stars, if you dont have insurance their sliding scale payment based on your income can be a life saver. You can see a doctor for a quite affordable rate. Thats the good. The bad is, like many other reviewers mentioned waiting. Make an appointment for 9:00am show up by 8:45am called back to an exam room around 9:15am see the PA (or nurse practitioner) almost never an actual doctor (I was switched from care giver to care giver four times at least which meant someone new who knew nothing about me or conditions) for maybe five minutes then wait another half hour or longer to be discharged. Quite often I was made to sit in the waiting room to get my discharge papers. Staff is quite often distracted to the point of not even noticing you exist though occasionally one will be a shining light in a pool of mediocrity. If you cant afford insurance or medical care elsewhere BHA can be a great resource. If you can avoid BHA by all means avoid this place. Its good if you need it since theres so little help for adults in Brevard.

We adore Kelsey Turner. We rarely wait longer than 10 minutes. Sometimes we do feel a little rushed through our visit and its nearly impossible to get through to a person when calling. I dont understand these negative reviews. For a Medicaid doctors office, this place is alright.. My major complaint is that the person who is supposed to fax the orders to the diagnostic scheduling center either isnt doing their job or isnt doing it right. I wait a week after doctors appointments to schedule requested tests and labs only to find out BHA never sent the orders. And this has happened literally every time I need to have a lab.

I waited two and a half hours for an appointment I had made the week prior. I went up to the check-in counter several times and was told the they were a little backed up, even though people that had walked in after me left an hour before I was even seen. I was told that there was a glitch in the system, and asked if I wanted to reschedule. This is unacceptable! I asked to see her manager and magically my name was called one minute later! Although the doctor, Dr. Schuck, was great, the staff did not care one iota about my problems.

Ive been coming to Brevard Health Alliance since I was little. Pediatrics is great! But the adult side?? Ive been sick for for days now and when I call today to get an appointment theres no answer. I called 7 times!! I even called nursing. When I finally get an answer it was because I called management and they didnt care at All!! I even found out my doctor was no longer working there JUST NOW. WHEN I CALLED. No one bother to tell me my doctor left. I have to miss work tomorrow because they couldnt pick up a damn phone.

Love the pediatric side some staff is short with people and sometimes wait a while, however I have experienced the pediatric side and adult side. Theybare night and day. The adult side is ridiculous waited 2 hrs to see someone for a very short amount of time. The staff is rude. If it were my place of business they would be fired. Two workers having a personal conversation for almost 5 minutes before they checked me in.

I have been going here for years..my daughter now brings her infant here. I trust our Doctor she is honest up to date and to the point. It is not about the staff and wait time as others have complained about. It should be about the care. I came from NY high standards. I would highly recommend being patient and you will receive the proper care you need here!

Absolutely terrible!! You can never get ahold of them on the phone. Ill be on hold for over 30 mins and get a busy tone then it hangs up. Leave messages on managers voicemail twice a day for a week with NO call back. Had to go several times without my SEIZURE meds because they failed to write it when they said over and over they would.

Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes to see a doctor that I scheduled an appt with almost a month ago. Staff was unorganized canceling my appt the same day and making me wait in the lobby with my kids. This clinic tortured me by making me wait so long I left with more pain and stress that day. Plus I never really saw an MD only a nurse.

Helping poor people like me the best they can. Anyone who posted 1 star is ungrateful. You dont pay much but it does cost some time, its a tradeoff. Either pay $1000 somewhere else or $15 here, i make $1000 every 2 weeks so I would litterally wait like a week in line if thats what it took.

My wife always gets frustrated dealing with them... She calls to schedule appointments for our daughter and is always on hold for 20 mins or more.. Some of the staff is very rude and they seem to always rush... I hate it...Then when we get to the doctors office she always wait 20- 30 mins

Tried to make three separate appointments in Rockledge. Each time I received a call back cancelling my appointment. The administrative staff is Rude and act like they are doing you a favor answering your questions. Not helpful at all. On hold for long periods of time. Shameful.

Always waiting. Come in early, waited till 20 mins after scheduled appointment. Come in on time, waited 45 mins after scheduled appointment. Finally get called, wait another 20 mins for the doctor. This place is a time waster.

I am a retired RN with a long history as director of nursing, I took a friend for an appointment. We sat an hour in the exam room. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Would never recommend.
