Made my appointment almost 2 months ago, came 5 minutes late and the check in line took 10 minutes. While at the check in the lady told me to go to the other window to talk to someone. That other lady told me that I have to reschedule it , because I showed up late. Usually the waiting time for the next appointment takes around a month. Just curious : do these people care if you have some necessity to see the doctor( I need the prescribed painkiller ) and that you are not sitting in line for hours for fun? Should I wait for a month or what? And whats the matter to make the appointment if anyways they dont take you on time. The same happened to me last time:appointment , came 30 min earlier and had to wait for 2 hours! Pointless . If they request people to come much before the settled time, then they should make sure that they are on time according to their schedule.

These guys are so unorganized. I scheduled an appointment online for Saturday, 10am. I arrive and only the pharmacy was open. The pharmacist was confused on how I was even able to schedule an appointment online for Saturday. I showed him the website and he thought it must have been a technical error. The next week I got an appointment there, in which it went fine. The doctor scheduled a followup appointment for 2 weeks from the day. 2 weeks later when I took off work to come in, the doctor didnt show. Apparently he was busy at another hospital, though he was the one who scheduled my appointment. The receptionist told me that the center should have called me and left messages to tell me this. I assured her they didnt and she told me she was on vacation so wasnt sure why this wasnt done. Pretty unprofessional, though it may be just the doctors fault that I went to.

I had been sick for a week and not getting better. I do not have health insurance so looked online for a "cheap clinic " in the area and found this whos website said nobody will be turned away. I make $200 a week and had to show proof of this. Even being this "poor" i was required to pay $80 to see a doctor as a " deposit " and then told I would have to pay 70% of whatever the bill was before I left, not including any xrays, medicines, lab work I may need. So lets say the Dr was to charge $300. I would have to pay $210, prob need a chest xray for my chest congestion, and labwork as well which could cost hundreds. So to make a long story short, if you dont have health insurance you are screwed, even if you go to a " cheap community clinic " im eating tons of garlic and trying to get well on my own. this country really sucks for not having health care.

I came to this god forsaken place because it was the only one in reasonable distance that Obama-care covers. There is no money in the world worth saving to justify coming here!! Any appointment is at least a month away (kinda tough to predict when youll be sick), the only other option is a walk-in. your looking at a 5-8 hour wait, no joke! The waiting area is swarmed with sick ppl coughing and sneezing all over the place. I honestly think I walked out sicker then when I came in. The nurses and attendants look at you like numbers. They just go about theyre ridicules process of moving things along so their miserable day can end.. Next time Im sick I will literally sell something I own to pay for a normal doctor and avoid this place of horror. Thanks Obama for NOTHING!

All these complainers who probably are illegal and sucking the system through government programs. So what you have to wait.! You should be grateful you have a community resource to seek medical attention. And yes you have to pay the rate. These are hard working professionals doing their best under challenging financial circumstances. They have families to feed, rent to pay like everyone else. There is no perfect system, I receive medical care at the clinic and although its not the most expedient its the first line of defense for healthcare in the community for people with no or limited insurance. So to those complainers who may not be here illegally, try going back to your country of origin and getting medical attention there. Good Luck!!!

This place is a disaster. If you have insurance do yourself a favor and find another medical facility. They have no regard for your time and expect you to wait to see the doctor for hours even with an appointment. The doctor I had the displeasure of seeing the first time I was here has awful bedside manner. She is a great example of how the staff act here. They have personal conversations as you try to get services rendered and then are rude to the customers. Yes, patients are customers. They charged my insurance well over $2,000 the last time I came I was here for 4 hours and this time Im leaving before seeing the doctor because Ill be damned if they make money off me again after waiting 2.5 hours with no end in sight.

Go early, dont stay in bed late being lazy and you wont have to wait all-day. If you go at 3pm with no appointment... Well, I digress. In any case they do an amazing job here and the prices are great for someone who doesnt have a primary care physician and needs a routine check-up, flu shot, STD test, etc... Its like riding a city bus; The inhabitants are less friendly than those typically found in the environs of a BMW M-class, but if you had an M-class then you wouldnt be on public transportation now would you? I appreciate their services because Im cheap and broke af.

If you enjoy waiting the whole year for a specialist referral that never arrives then go to this center. You are pushed through the system like a cow waiting to be slaughtered. Hours of wait while you get the flu from the people in the waiting room. They sent me a referral for a gastro specialist instead of the orthopedic. That took 7 months wait. then I called and told them. 4 more months went by, nothing. I spent my year worth of medical insurance for nothing. The only way to change thing is to lean toward Bernie an fix the health issues. Sad.
