We went in the evening and had quite a bit of a wait only to discover that the Dr/Practitioner (AJ) would not be rushed and wanted to be sure she was extremely thorough in her examination and findings before she came to any conclusion. She was very kind and knowledgeable as well as the entire staff. I ended up still having to go to get further tests and cat scans at Coral Springs Medical but it was nice to know that all the information was already there and I didnt have to go through any more paperwork. Everything that was done at Urgent Care was tied in to the hospital which made it extremely easy for everyone.

I was very disappointed with how I was greeting by the receptionist. Im a nurse and I know first impressions are very important. Because of this...they need to replace their entire staff as Im not the only one who feels like this. Several of my friends will not be going back. As for the physician...she was fantastic and sent me to the ER as she felt I needed more than the center could supply. She even called me the next day to see how I was...please dont disregard this review. Ive worked for the district for 30 years and I hate to see this. Its not how the district does business.

I just called and spoke to an extremely rude woman. I asked if they did blood tests for pregnancy because I am unable to get an appointment with my Dr for a couple of weeks and would like to know as soon as possible. She asks very rudely if I took a test, which I said Yes but they are not 100 percent accurate and would prefer a more definite confirmation. Her attitude was unesessary and I will make sure to avoid this place at all cost.

Do no come Here. Expensive and the reviews are right. Place is not welcoming. And staff is not trained in customer service. Except one medical assistant Renee. Dr. Ard asked questions like an interview and left the room. Did not explain why he was asking questions. Receptionist and the other nurses very rude to other patients. Save yourself a bad experience.

The reviews about the receptionist are spot on!! Rudest person Ive ever seen. How you can make her the initial person you see when you walk in is ridiculous!!! Went on Friday morning and her greeting was "oh great another one". Cant say one nice thing??? How about good morning or welcome. Complete POS.

They should update their hours to closing at 7:30. I arrived at 7:52 and the door was locked. The employee stated they stop seeing patients at 7:30 and they have one person waiting to be seen and one in the back.

We took our 3 year old daughter last night because she cut her chin. Dr. Ash was wonderful. Two stitches later and she didnt cry one bit! His bedside manner was great, and the staff was very helpful.
