Pésimo trato...A quien concurra sin cita previa lo hacen perder su tiempo esperando una atención q nunca llega. Luego de una hora de paciente espera y el salón vacío te explican q no serás atendido...No cuenta la gravedad de tu situación sólo su tiempo y deseo es importante en este lugar...Lástima de centro.

Horrible service!!! They take patient and send them out and go to lunch instead of letting patient know we cant be seen until after lunch i was at the clinic at 9am and 11:30 both doctors go to lunch very unprofessional. We never recommend this Medical Group. Front desk is always lost never gives corret information. Very disappointed of the services. Never checked the reviews since everyone has different point of views but Ive experienced the service myself I tried contacting corporate which they never call back Ive left a couple of voicemails but nothing so I decided to write a review.

I have spoken to this clinic several times as a patient advocate. This clinic has been terribly difficult to work with - giving false information, not following insurance protocol, mistreating patients. The administration is allowing a patient die of advancing cancer before providing her with basic referral services. Having knowledge of insurance policy and hospital protocol, this is unacceptable, and unjust to the patient.

Horrible service! I waited for about an hour 20 minutes and didnt see a doctor. I walked out. There were people waiting when I got there who hadnt been called. Also, I think its very rude to talk Spanish in front of obvious English speaking people when your communicating about them. Unprofessional and rude. I will Not come again to this joke of a practice.

worst medical center ever i work in a pharmacy and is terrible the service provided for clarification by phone is unreachable. for me is a minus 10 patients can go to vacations with out medications customer service is awfull
