Took my son here for a sports physical for a quick in and out because his pediatrician would take to long to complete the forms and we thought this would be easy so he could play sports the next day. However the doctor in this office must be very inexperienced because they checked off every box on the form.saying he is cleared for sports but he needs and EKG and an eye exam, So guess what he cant play sports until we get her recommendations done. Please note he is completely healthy as per his primary care doctor. So at the end of the day was this quick and easy - absolutely NOT ! Should have went to his regular pediatrician to begin with. Stay AWAY !

DO NOT GET ATHLETIC PHYSICAL HERE!! They will fill out FHSAA forms, check the clear to play box, but will write in comments that they recommend an EKG. I coach for a local high school and a bunch of local development programs and none of them will allow a player to enter the field without the recommended EKG, even though the cleared to play box is checked. MDNow off of Broward will do the physical without unnecessarily recommending the EKG. Customer service and medical staff are far from caring. Lastly, prepare for a solid 3 hour wait with an empty waiting room. MDNow, was 45 mins in and out, great staff and very caring.

Just went there yesterday. The place is immaculately clean and organized. The security guard is super friendly and warm to all the patients. The doctor and nurse that saw me were very thorough. They took their time to explain everything and were very kind. I waited no more than 15 minutes to be seen and when I was taken to the room I was seen by a nurse immediately. It was well worth paying a higher copayment to come here rather than waiting until Monday for my pcp. Thank you baptist!

Came here a few years back with my mother. Did an EKG and was charged quite a bit. Made the payment online in full and even came back later to see a $0 balance. I did a credit report recently to find that they sent my account into collections. I recieved no phone call, letter, or e-mail informing me of any issues. Not only did the results of the EKG prove unhelpful, the doctor was not helpful, and now I have to deal with this credit issue.

This place was great. Ive been here twice with my mother and father and the service was perfect. The nurse that we dealt with was terrific. I dont know of her name but I know She was Filipina. She was nice and caring. She had amazing humor and made a bad situation into a good one. DR. Rodriguez was also fantastic. If you wanted to be treated right with great customer care come here

My daughter got some scrapes from a broken glass door including one that looked deep. The nurse cleaned everything and the doctor stitched tp the deeper cut. The place was very clean, friendly, and they took care of her. It looks like a real hospital inside. If you have something that cant wait for a doctors appointment but doesnt need a full ER this is a good place.

My wife just came from there. My son hurt his knee. It is swollen and very, very sore. The nurse took his vitals, the doctor felt his knee and said dont know whats wrong maybe you should go to an emergency room. That will be $199. What a bunch of crooks. Wrote to Baptist Health Care main office and never heard a peep out of them. They must be to ashamed to reply.

Horrible experience. No one in the waiting room, yet I had to wait 45 minutes! In addition, $200 - almost double any other urgent care then got billed another $100 after being told they could not help me and I had to go to the ER. What a complete ripoff. Billing personnel are impossible to reach and then get you billed again and again and again.

Do not waste your time coming here. The receptionist is very rude, I felt like I was aking for a favor when i walk in there. They charge me for a visit after the doctor only came in to say they could do anything and I had to go to an ER. The people are not welcoming at all. Will bever go back there again.

Took a friend there and it wasnt packed the place is super clean and nice. Took a bit but everything was good my friend liked the doctor and how she was treated they call when we left to get her prescription in for the same night to her Pharmacy.

Called before I went to verify they took my insurance and an estimated wait time. Staff was SUPER nice/helpful, I had to get my finger stitched up and they worked REALLY fast, no pain, pleasant people to be around! Will happily go again!

30 minute visit and they charged my insurance$1000 of which I need to pay $500 for high deductible plan... And they are in network. ABSURD
