Our journey to elite care for the best little guy on the entire planet transcended thousands of miles, & $$$. As our countrys hold on enegry independence began to dig in its heals; we were blessed by fate. Initially seeking a pure breed miniature schnauzer puppy through the internets many options. I came upon Benji. I am very familiar to the breed as my parents took great pride in breeding our black female Siglinda Von Valtzon. Mother of SnP Madeline my bf of 13 years. I met this 9 month old, protecting, ball of fur that very day. He had been through two homes due to deaths of owners. Imagine what he was thinking in the backseat looking at this young overly excited lady!! I promised him from that day everything would be alright. He has the soul of an old friend. Instinct that cant be denied, and is quick as a whip. Trips to the vet started to become increasing at age 2. Just as household income began to fall. Pennsylvania was no longer; it was Texas or bust. Finally, ten days before his 5th birthday, our littlest hero was in the hands of a practice we could trust. Blessings are rare much like every person employed there.

Tender Paws is not just an ordinary vet clinic where you take your pet to be medically treated, but it is a place where they make a personal connection with you and your pet. From the time you enter the clinic, you are greeted by a very friendly staff who are eager to help you get checked in as quickly as possible. It is very evident that the techs love animals and are extremely good at getting them to cooperate as they get all the information and stats that are needed before being examined by the doctor. I cant say enough positive comments about the vets who diagnose and treat your "fur babies". They take as much time as needed to explain and answer any questions you might have regarding the diagnosis and treatment that is recommended for your pet. I feel very confident in their medical knowledge, but if they think a patient needs more extensive treatment, they do not hesitate to refer you to a specialist. We have been taking our "boys" to Tender Paws for about 4 years and I can honestly say, they make us feel like family.

We took our fur baby to Dr. Joan Ree, after she became paralyzed almost overnight. We first saw a orthopedic specialist that recommended surgery for her back. The cost was estimated over $5,000. We went to Dr. Ree, and she did several acupuncture treatments from April until our last one in July. Our paralyzed dog is back to not only walking she is better than ever. She must have been in pain because she acts like she is a puppy. We went in the office with hopes she would do OK in walking wheels. Day one Dr. Ree said, "no, I think she will walk". Callie is running, even though we have to slow her down!! If you have any questions or an animal with back issues, THIS is the place to go! I am so sold on acupuncture, I am going for my knee! The best staff, the most compassionate group I have ever met.....I cant just say "Thank You"....it just is not enough! LOVE you ALL! The Craig Family, Brian, DiAnne, Forest Gump- fur boy, and "Callie the Miracle fur baby girl"!

I have been a Conroe Texan for 28 years now and still am. Ive been on the hunt for a perfect Doctor in the area for my 2 year old male Husky mix and with today being my first experienced visit it was the most comforting, relaxed, and positive visit. Ive gone to several other places with my other fur baby(she was 13 years old) that recently passed and I have never had a visit like todays. Now I wish I would of brought her here all along. The environment was so positive and everyone was so nice and actually seemed like they care and not just there for a check. I loved it and I highly recommend. Glad that I finally found my big boy a Doctor. Thanks Dr. Stone!!

We cannot say enough about Dr. Lewis and the entire staff at Tender Paws Animal Hospital. As a new patient, our dog came to their care under less than ideal circumstances, the current treatment was not effective and we felt helpless. Upon meeting Dr. Lewis, she knew exactly what was wrong with Shelby. After consultation she took a conservative approach with her treatment, which we sincerely appreciate. The care given by the entire staff was equal parts professional expertise and compassion. There isn’t a single negative thing to say about our experience. We just wish we had found them sooner.

I love Tender Paws! We have always used VCA in the past. However, it was always a hit or a miss on customer service. They never made an impression one way or another. The minute you walk into Tender Paws they treat you like family. From the girls behind the desk to Charity, my vet tech i always ask for. to our wonderful vet. You can tell everyone there really loves their job! And it just cant be because of the animals. They are obviously doing something right! I feel very confident entrusting my fur babies care to Tender Paws.

You are all wonderful! I am so happy to have found Tender Paws. There is a vet less than five minutes from my house but Ill drive to you any day. Everyone is so pleasant and I truly feel like you actually do care about MY family, my babies, not just as another paying client. Dr. Ree has taken time to read Jimmys extensive file and research the best options for him. I also love that I actually get a call after a visit just to check on his progress. I cant say enough nice things about Tender Paws!

These people are super friendly and love their animals! Brought our big boy here for a second opinion and they confirmed everything we already knew, but they gave us a lot of options of what we could do. Also had an incident with my newest little addition and had to rush her to them has she was bleeding from her nose. They took her in immediately even though people with appts were waiting patiently. They were super sweet and gentle and fairly priced for an emergency visit.

I started using Tender Paws Vets when I moved in the area because of a good neighbors suggestion. Everyone working there is helpful and caring for all the animals I have brought. They call to check up after a procedure. I have also used their boarding facility and my pets come home clean and happy. My biggest dog loves going because of all the attention he receives. I would highly recommend Tender Paws for any of your pets needs.
