I was recently involved in a accidentwith my 2 loving dogs. My pride and joy on the freeway. Where my saburban spun out caught traction , rolled and slid down the freeway do to a ups driver switching lanes on me. After my truck stop sliding i only had one dog left in the vihical. One was ejected from the window and later found down the free way. As you could imagine it was horrible. Within in a couple weeks she was doing so well. And now no longer had any aches or pains. Thanks to Aldine Animal CLinic. Where They worked very professionally and always handled my baby with loving care. They demonstrated their love and devotion to well being of my animals. They are resonably rated. Any animal lover like myself knows that theres no price to high if u love ur animal as they would a family member . I dont know what all these other as*holes are talking about!!!! This place is awesome. I wouldnt trust my animals with any one else. I bring 4 dogs and 3 cats to them. ( they also saved my small palm from sure death, PARVO. She couldnr even lift her own head to eat. Had to be fed chicken baby food. Poor thing. But as i was saying, they fixed her right up. These people love ur animals as their own. And animals left there are provided with a plenty comfy spot to recover in. I would strongly recommend bringing ur animals here. Emergency or regular check ups. Very profesional and far from rude.

The new owner, I believe, Dr. Briles, took over the clinic last year. We didnot know Dr. Grimley and Moore were going to move to another location, so we just found out when we took our doggies las year for their check up. I think he is excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable in his job. We didnot think about switching since we felt the service was as great as always. However, and I am very sorry to say it, his mother is the receptionist of this place, and she is as rude as a street pitbull. She has no manners whatsoever, all the times I have been there I leave upset because of that womans manners. It is such a shame that his own mother is running his customers away; even worst is the fact that she tells everybody, with such rude manners, that her son is the new owner of the clinic. After months to put up with her "rude, curt, impolite and acidic" way, finally I decided to swith to another clinic. I am sorry for his son, Dr. Briles, cause he is great and very attentive in the care he provides, but I got tired to see this womans long face everytime I give her my VISA in order to pay. It is not like I was getting things for free. Also, I got tired of the rude woman answering the phone , everytime I had something to ask and replying back to me that she was busy and I needed to call back later.

Warning! I wouldnt go there,on this people was trying to be slick trying to rob me bind lol do my $@&? Face look like Im reached! Daam! On 06/01/2016 I took this poodle to cure hes wounds around neck as I was holding him while 2 female try to shave him they saw something and quick they said. Well take him to another room I say why? Oh oh cause table its bigger well be right back so one of them came back with the dog and said he dont let us shave him you got to leave him here we have to do surgery hes Colllar is deep inside his skin and is yellow is going to be $400. For surgery,as she show it while turning the dog head real quick! I saw an item look like a rubber band Ill take it out,she said no,he have to stay till tomorrow i she left us there I ask for scissors I cut it off myself she left to tell the othe female something I just pay office visit and got out of there A.S.A.P!!!!

The new owner is not knowledgable in surgery. He seems to have a wonderful exam room manner but is unfamiliar outside of typical ailments. His mother really seems to run the place and is rude and foul mouthed. Have gone to this hospital for years and years. She puts down the past owners/doctors and staff and is VERY unprofessional. The apple cant fall that far from the tree. (He writes his own good reviews and states the receptionist is no longer there. It is his mother, he didnt fire her.) I was told before he bought this clinic he worked briefly for 3 other clinics in Houston (immediately after his graduation.) They do not speak well of him. He must have burned bridges there (or his mom did). Drs demeanor changes behind closed doors. Not much experience. Take your pets somewhere else.

New to the area and found this place via google reviews. Ample sized waiting area, nice & courteous staff, and all round nice atmosphere. I took my dog in for a heartworm test and the price was reasonable. I typically order my heartworm pills online from Foster and Smith for convenience and cost, but some vets will not allow their customers to do this due to fraudulent pet med companies and, frankly, they make money on dispensing the medication. This place will not allow me to order online BUT they will price match and that made a very good impression on me. The staff worked well with my dog to ensure he was calm, but it wouldve been nice to have met the veterinarian as I am in the market to find a permanent vet clinic.

Fast service, kind and knowledgeable people. Their services are generally cheap, but the medical supplies (medicine, pills, shots), are kinda pricy, but that is not in their control. The location from the outside is kinda run down, but the inside is definitely nicer. Their exam rooms are nice, but the lifted areas were you place your pets (small pets that need to be lifted) are really smooth making it very slippery for pets. They are very clean. I have not seen their surgery room.

Valerie is very rude and unprofessional. Taking her 2 kids to work. ALWAYS late for work, so much that is an expected of her to do so. Shes airs her dirty laundry out about her personal life. This place is high priced, dirty and dark, where they keep the dogs is dark, damp, cold, and small. Felt sorry for the pups and cats that were left there. If you decide to leave your pet there check the back room out. There is another animal hospital in the area. Go there.

The people their dont seem to care to much about the customers. I see maybe two people running around working. Then a group juss at the front talking drama when theres a room full of customers. The front desk person is very rude about anything you ask her. They seem to have no manners at all. I would recommend to never bringing your pets here. Ever. Its always dirty. The doctor seems a little uneducated as well. I recommend to never ever bring your pets here
