What a fantastic group of people who work here. The office was so clean, smelled great and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we were new clients who have never been there before, they were able to get us in within an hour of calling. I thought for sure I would have to wait a long time but there was no wait at all. They were ready for us as soon as we walked in the door. Andrea, the vet tech, was so lovely, warm, friendly and nice and was easy to talk to. And then Dr. Danielle DOlivera came in and was wonderful as well. I was so impressed with everyone. The doctor could see my dog was very nervous (he tried to back up and hide when she entered the room) so she didnt make him go on the exam table but rather got on the floor with him and examined him there. She really went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and by the time she was done, my dog wasnt scared any longer and really liked her. I also appreciated that she acknowledged what good care I take of my dog -- so much so that she wanted to show off his teeth! I was a proud dog momma because I brush them daily. Dr. Danielle DOlivera didnt pressure us to get any tests done and gave him medication that he was previously on for a similar situation (several years ago in a different location) so I knew she was on the right track. She has a great approach to veterinary medicine and didnt want to make my dog feel uncomfortable if it wasnt necessary (e.g. rectal thermometer). I cant say enough positive things about everyone at the Panther Creek Pet Clinic. I highly recommend them.

My puppy had a broken leg at 6 weeks. The first few cast were not done correctly. I had to tape his leg a couple times to help keep the cast to stay on. After about the 3rd week they ordered the correct size splint and his leg started to heal. I paid a different amount every week for follow ups even when the same services were done On other visits. When I questioned it, I was told the lesser charger I was charged last time was because they didnt charge me correctly but this time they are. In the middle of having his leg treated he developed a cough. He was given antibiotics by mouth which I gave the whole bottle to him as directed and they didnt work. On the next visit he still had the cough he was given a shot. I asked the vet what does he have he told me he wasnt sure. If you arent sure then what are you trying to treat?!?! Right when I made the decision Im done Im not coming back, about 5 weeks into everything, his leg and his health started to improve. Even though the whole staff is very friendly, I feel this clinic lacks experience and A steady routine billing system.

I called this clinic to inquire about services for heart worm preventions, exam and spaying. Since I just moved here, I asked questions about what I could expect to be spending. I made the appointment with the understanding it was going to be approx. $200 for the exam and prevention meds. When the clinic called to remind me of the appointment, I asked again what the expected cost would be... now it was another $50 because I was not given the price of the testing for heart worm which I am positive she does not have. Then there is no price for prevention medicine. I felt like I would be coming in blind. Instead of working with me on my concerns and offering a solution, she said "your best bet is to go to the shelter to get medication. How incredibly rude, judgmental and condescending. I would never do business with such a business that permits such a culture to fester within their practice. My money and love for my dog will go elsewhere. Love for animals drives people to seek care and quality as we would our own children but can be done so economically ....so dont abuse it!

I brought in my two dogs who are fairly calm for the most part. After I was in the visitation room, for some reason they had to take each dog out separately to get their blood work done and each dog came back freaking out and panicking very uncharacteristically. I dont understand why Im even given an individual room if it cant just be done there like the shots. Either way Im not okay with my dogs being put into a stressful situation if it could have just been avoided by my being present. Ive never had that reaction from them in the 6 years of having both of them. Additionally, Ive also never in 6 years had to come up with my own fecal samples. Although it might be somewhat commonplace, Im not paying all that money to have to do their job for them. On that same note, my bill was literally over twice that of my previous vet. Twice the price for overly panicked dogs and a vet tech that couldnt take their own fecal samples. I wont be coming back for their next annual.

We love, love, love this place! Weve tried out a number of vets in this area and most of them always try to sell us services and products we dont want/need. Weve also been nickel and dimed for everything we brought our two Golden Retrievers in for. Panther Creek Pet Clinic is heaven-sent. We found them through a referral from my sons piano teacher and we couldnt be happier. The whole staff is fabulous - professional and personable. Dr. Lewis is a wonderful veterinarian. I cant say enough good things about this place. Weve only had to use their services 3-4 times (thank goodness for healthy dogs!) but weve been very pleased. They treat the dogs for what we bring them in for and dont try to sell us anything we dont want/need. I highly recommend.

I have been to this clinic one time and have already had several issues. The phone number on their rabies tag is WRONG. I was unable to verify his records to have him groomed because of this. I think this is a huge error on their part, from a legal standpoint. Also, I ordered a new ID tag for my dog tag to have shipped to my address at home. It never came. It took months to finally find out that the tag had been sitting in their office the whole time. Their only response was, come and get it. It was supposed to be shipped to me as was stated on my order form; as I work during the week and live an hour from the vet, this is simply an inconvenience. I will probably just leave it there and take my services elseware.

I have had very pleasant experiences with Panther Creek so far. I was recommended to Dr. Lewis by the emergency clinic, and they told me he is an honest and caring vet. They were right. The techs are very friendly and helpful, and they get us RIGHT into a room every time so there are no issues with other animals in the lobby. The only one thing I could say that is negative (and this is very minor) is that they would not let me use the restroom there (after being there for some time). I cant believe there are not more good reviews on here-- surely they are not just helpful and nice to only me. I would imagine helpful and friendly attitudes are offered to all of their patients and humans. =) I highly recommend this clinic.
