I have experienced many other vets that were just not as good. When my Onyx (cat) got really sick in the past after a larva was found growing in his chest. My last vet told me nothing was wrong when he was walking into corners. A week later I finally squeezed the spot and thats when I found the larva. By that time it had gotten into his blood stream and messed with his brain. One eye dialated and the other didnt. After that he didnt know when to stop eating or have great balance. He was my little slow cat. It was sad. Such a sweet kitty. This was not the first time I had problems...another vet didnt take care of him twice when flushing for UTI and crystals. Once I moved to Spring I found Spring Animal Clinic right by my house. He ended up getting another UTI...instead of him being groggy and looking like crap when he came home...he wasnt there a week, he was there a few days and looked super happy. They took care of him.... a year later...he got really bad. This time I had a horrible feeling but was sure itd be ok. I left him there and went to work. I didnt get off work till late but I had a call from the vet saying he wasnt going to make it. He was in so much pain from the night before and he was too blocked to help him. She even stayed super late after closing till I could call my mother and find out what I should do...wait so I could say goodbye or do it now. She called me to tell me he went peacefully, stayed with him the entire time. She let me cry and comforted me over the phone. When I went to pay my bill, I fell apart again and the ladies were nice enough to talk and comfort me... They gave me a nice porcelane box with an angel on it...inside was a lock of Onyxs hair. A few days later I got a card from them...was so sweet...I miss Onyx dearly...and the whole process could have been way worse but I felt this place and the ladies working there are a gift from God. I now live in Sugar Land and wish I could uproot them and have them here with me...my parents live out that way so I would go out of my way for them to take care of my other kitties. This place is amazing. They talk to you like you are a real person, they get to know your animals...they become family. I have never felt so welcomed and even helped when I needed some medicine for my cats when I shave them. If you are questioning where to take your animal. Dont question. This is the place to take them. Ill be driving 45 mins to take my cats there since I moved...and its worth it. I dont want to dare try anyone else. If you are all reading this...thank you again. For taking care of my animals like you do and caring because thats what vets are suppose to....from the beginning to the end of my time there...theres nothing but positive. Thank you.

First of all they deserve NO stars. We took our 2 cats to be shampooed for fleas. Drop off time is 7 am. The groomer doesnt get there at that time. Around 4 pm we were notified by the vet that our youngest cat had been sedated and died of a heart attack. As shocked and grief stricken as we were my husband went and picked up his precious Pookie. At first they refused to bathe Buddy Cat because they wanted to sedate him as well. I firmly told them not to sedate him and to bathe him. They did not return either the collars or flea collars for either cat. Again, my husband had to return to get both collars. They didnt return the flea collars either. They threw them away because they dont approve of them. My cat is highly allergic to fleas and anything I can do to protect him I will do. Do not trust these people. They even charged us for Buddys flea bath after they killed our other cat, didnt return their tag collars and threw away 2 brand new flea collars.

posted a good review a few weeks ago but now I am changing it. I completed a glucose curve test on a Sunday on my cat that had been diagnosed with diabetes. I was given the email address to send it back in. I sent it on a Monday and never heard a word from them. I called a week and a half later and they said they would have a technician call me back. No call. I called the next evening and was told they did not have access to that email and would have the tech call me tomorrow when he came to work. Of course I am angry about this. I am giving 2 shots a day and have no idea if it is the correct dosage since no one has read the test. Of course the female that answered the phone said " I am sorry you are put out" Damn straight I am "put out" I will be changing vets because of the incompetence they have shown me.

Just wanted to thank the Treaschwig Vet Clinic for their HUGE hearts! My daughter recently lost her dog to a tragic accident (and I lost a 4 legged grandkid). We rushed to Treschwig Vet Clinic and the entire staff was nothing more than understanding, loving and compassionate. They gave us all the time we needed to mourn our little 4 legged child and provided us with the loving care only true professionals can give. Ashley went above and beyond! She made sure we were taken care of in every way. Thank you guys for helping us through this very difficult time. We are glad we had you so close. I truly wish I can give a 10 star and 2 thumbs up! love love love this vet clinic and all their staff! <3

Ive been coming to Treaschwig for some years now. I was referred from my prior vets office. Treaschwig helped me with 2 senior yorkies (TJ & scooter) who have now passed on from from old age. I now have Yogie a 2 yr old ( mixed pound puppy). The staff is always great, friendly and well informed. Im always able to get an appoint well in advanced or at the last minute (usually the last minute) thats just me! The service & staff is always great. I have to drive a distance to get there but its all worth it. The visit is for the pets but also to get caught up with frtiends(staff). You guys ROCK! Thanks for your support in caring for my "Fur" baby.

Im severely disappointed with the way my walk-in was mis-diagnosed. I came in with my pet and the doctor just rubbed his legs and claimed it was probably just a bite and no x-ray was needed. shortly after a shot was administered we were brushed off for the next customer. 5 days later my pet hasnt gotten any better and still lays around with a limp leg, so i decided to go elsewhere out of concern. Lo and behold hes got a FREAKING FRACTURED HIP JOINT, and hes been laying around with a "bite" for days. thanks for wasted time and money, ill be going to cypresswood clinic from now on. and hell be needing an FHO surgery he could of already had by now.
