Dont go, unless you enjoy being gouged. I took my dogs in for shots and ended up with an over $1000 vet bill. I took my dogs in for shots. They gave the dogs shots and did heartworm tests. Simple right? Well, they found lumps on my one dog, which they said had to be removed (after doing more tests of course). So, we finish up, and Im walking out with an over $800 bill and scheduling an appointment for the one dogs lump to be removed. I take the dog in for surgery the next weekend, only to find out that the last visit they "forgot" to add on an additional $200 fee for fecal testing. Meaning that one visit, which was for fecal testing and shots cost over $1000. I was all in over $2000. Highway robbery, and Ill never go back again.

I am very impressed after my first appointment. Dr. Moers has impeccable bedside manner. The gentleman who assisted her was gentle and patient with my elderly dog. The lady at the front desk was polite, professional, and patient. Dr. Moers his very attentive, patient, and empathetic. Unfortunately, the news for my pet was not good. When I had a slight emotional meltdown she comforted me and helped me pull myself together by going over options and sharing soothing testimony of past pet experiences. Never did I feel pressured into any tests, treatments, or medications. Although Im not looking forward to our future visits, I am looking forward to working with them in the future. I would surely recommend them to everyone I know.

I cant thank Greenway Animal Clinic enough!! We often foster dogs at Midtowns Spot Fur Friends, and bring them to Greenway if they need medical attention. We had a foster that was brought in right after being neutered and he chewed on his stitches and opened his wound. We were really worried as he was bleeding and even with a cone we couldnt stop it from opening up. I called first thing on a Saturday morning and they had me come right in, Dr. Van Ness stapled him right up (the dog didnt even make a sound) and on top of the great service he didnt even charge me!! You know someone really cares when they will step up and help a foster dog with no family who is in need!!

My family has been using Greenway for all of our pets for years. I used a different vet when I was younger. At the time, my dog was really sick and went into shock because of a bee sting. My vet at the time said that the doctors had left early and they couldnt help me (even though they were open and my dog was literally dying in my arms in front of them). My aunt called Greenway and they kept the office open in time for me to rush my dog there. They treated him and he was fine. My dog currently goes to Greenway and I couldnt be happier. I trust that their prices are always fair and that they will give my dog excellent care!

I moved to Houston three years ago and floated from vet to vet due to bad experiences. With Dr. Olson and Greenway Animal Clinic, my dogs and I have finally found a veterinary home! Dr. Olson was WONDERFUL! And the veterinary techs are FANTASTIC! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and my dogs left there with an excellent check-up and very happy. And, if you can believe it, we werent prescribed unneeded medication! Thank you Greenway! Im so happy to have finally found a vet for my little ones.

Weve been going to Greenway Animal Clinic for as long as I can remember (30+ years). Dr Van Es is simply amazing and is the best Vet we could ever hope for. They have a wonderful appreciation and love for our precious pets. They are very fairly priced and have a great reminder system for when we need to bring them back in. Weve also seen Dr. Olson a number of times and she too is phenomenal. I highly recommend this animal clinic and I would not dream of going anywhere else.

Ive taken two cats and a dog to the Greenway Animal clinic for the past 3 years and have been nothing but happy with them the entire time. I found them to be fairly priced and have extremely caring vets and staff. I even bring my dog in here every couple of weeks for her grooming and she always comes back like she spent the day at the spa. When my pets are happy, Im happy and they are happy when I take them to Greenway.

Im a huge fan of the Greenway Animal Clinic! I have an 8 month old puppy and being the over protective pet parent, I have taken him in several times and each and every time the staff and doctors here are very considerate and thorough. Youd think they would get frustrated with the over-parenting, but they show care and concern as if he was their own. I appreciate Dr. Moers for the excellent care and service!

I love Dr. Olson and all the other doctors we have seen on occasion. We have been coming here for 8 years now. We bring our dog here for grooming because he always leaves happy and stress free (as opposed to some other places we have tried). Dr Olson stuck with us through the lymphoma of one of our dogs. It was a tough time but I felt the entire office staff was really sympathetic and professional.

Visiting the vet is expensive, but this place is so worth it. Ive seen both Dr. Moers and Dr. Harberson for my cat. They were both amazing vets. My cat is extremely skittish and doesnt like strangers. Both handled her really well and made her visits go smoothly. They both took the time to fully answer my questions and even help me find cheaper medicines for her. I love this place.

I adopted a dog at the beginning of December and took him to Greenway for his first visit a few weeks later and it was a great experience. Dr. Moers was incredibly friendly and informative. I recently got a personal card from her in the mail, which I think is great customer service. I would definitely recommend this clinic if youre looking for a vet.

After moving to Houston 9 years ago I tried Greenway on the advice of another chihuahua owner after not being happy with another vet. I loved Br. Bays immediately and my dog seemed comfortable too ( for a chihuahua). My dog has had her shots, her teeth cleaned, and a few other services when necessary. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to Dr Mark Van Ness since he opened this clinic. He is a highly respected Vet and I trust him completely to care for my beloved pets. At times I have also seen the other Vets at this clinic and they are all of the same high standard as Dr Mark Van Ness

I understand a company has to make money, but vaccinations are simple. When you charge $80 more than your competitors you are doing something wrong. I would suggest going elsewhere if you just need simple vaccinations. I am sure they have great vets here, but overpriced services.

I have been taking my two pups to Dr. Morrison for a few years now and she is THE BEST. Literally no other vet compares...and people, Im picky! She is also very patient with all my questions and I never feel rushed during our appointments which I appreciate.
