This was the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced, the receptionist should be fired with her condescending demeanor, I was asking her a question and her response was I dont know while laughing and then she hung up on me. The best way to handle a question that you dont know the answer to is to find out the answer and if you cant get the answer right away get their phone number and follow up with them. Bad Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Laughed at me, condescending and hung up on me when I called to see why a certified letter was sent to my home from this office. The woman was not nice and when asked why she was treating me this way laughed at me and said anything else you need??? Dr. Holly did a good job unfortunately his office staff just lost him a patient.

Im not sure how Doctor Holly had gotten 1 Star, unless he was rated on his personality. HAHA! All kidding aside he is top two, if not the best oral surgeon in the Binghamton area. If strictly judged by his work, I know from many patients. Theres no one better .
