I only had one actual encounter with this office and that was in 2010. It was a decent experience then, so I tried calling for an appointment again a few years (2013) later when I had a cracked tooth and required a dentist to assist. The receptionist told me to go to another dentist because they wouldnt take me until the next month when I needed assistance within the next 1-2 days. I recently developed a toothache in my back molar and I thought Id try this location again and see if they could take me. I called them yesterday (7/24/2017) and explained that I had a toothache. Again, the receptionist told me to find another dentist because they wouldnt take me for another month. Turning potential patients away is never good for business, especially if they are in need of some major dental work.

Dr. McLaughlin is professional, courteous, friendly, and gentle. He always gives 100% and his work is fantastic. I had an urgent situation, they got me in immediately and repaired the tooth for a fantastic price - no dental insurance? They will work with you and charge incredibly reasonable prices. Both he and his staff are so far above par, it is honestly a delight going to them.

Our entire family goes to Sean McLaughlin and we all love him. His staff is courteous and professional. Dr McLaughlin is very good at what he does. He is a kind, gentle man who puts everyone at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Agree with the previous reviewer. Doctor McLaughlin and the whole staff are awesome. I moved to Bethlehem, but I still make the trip back for appointments. Theres not much higher praise than that.

Ive been to Dr. McLaughlins office a few times now. Each time was a pleasant experience. No pain or discomfort during my fillings; everyone at the office is very friendly.

Greatest dentist I have ever been to. He once saw me on a Saturday afternoon because of a severe toothache. You will NEVER hear a bad word about him or his staff!!!
