I had an appointment scheduled in a week and a half. They called me yesterday to come in today. I said yes and they called me today 45 min before my appointment meanwhile I live 30 min away and told me she is behind so I had to come in 45 min later. Well today is my mothers birthday so I dont have all day to be stuck waiting and driving to my dentist. So I called and asked if I can just have my original appointment back and they said no. They said I cant if I cancel within 24 hours of my appointment. Well if you didnt reschedule me for 45 minutes later then I would have been able to make it. Now I have to wait for a call so they can schedule me... how is that fair?

I love Dr. Strauss, but the receptionists cant schedule appointments. They keep screwing up my appointments. Therefore, I decided to find another dentist. Its really unfortunate but Dr. Strauss is wonderful.
