Considering I have excellent dental insurance ( Honestly, it is excellent) and have been going here for many years, I am continuously making payments to them. During one visit, I was told I owed $4.00 for a cleaning appointment. What??? The last bill I received was to have my crown put back in for the third time within 6 years. ( They even billed me for a visit where the dentist I had to see could not help fix my crown so I had to make yet another appointment to see my actual dentist). I was told in the beginning it would be solid for 15 to 20 years. I even discussed not having the funds to pay for this again with the dentist/billing department and nearly begged them not to bill me again for this. Yes. I was billed. Again. I am still making payments, as it was quite a large bill. At least for me. Very disappointing.

My checkup was good, but 2 months afterwards, the nightmare began. At my visit, the dentist notified me that I was due for X-Rays, covered completely by insurance. I agreed and was given the service. 2 months later, a bill arrived for the X-Rays. I contacted Darby, and they said that the insurance company had made a mistake, and that there was nothing they could do. I pleaded with them to help me with the bill, even split it, but they refused and demanded that I pay for the service. Long story short, they quoted me $0 for services and charged me MUCH more than that. BUYER BEWARE!

Darby Creek Dental is a WONDERFUL dental facility. I had recently moved into the area and was beside myself in having to find a new dentist! After being a patient for over 20 years with my previous dentist, I was a bit nervous for my first visit. After my first moment walking into the facility, I could tell I struck gold. My first visit went perfectly! The staff and dentist are very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this dental practice to everyone and I’m very surprised by the negative reviews that are posted. What a great office!

We started going to Darby Creek in the early 2000s. They were there to take care of my boys teeth when they were little. We moved out of state for a few years, and as soon as we moved back I made appointments for every one at Darby Creek. The hygenists and staff are wonderful and the dentists are very calming and great. My boys are now in late teens and early 20s and they still go there!

horrible dentist lady, in severe pain and she wouldnt give anything for it. went to another dentist and he saw i had a absess and a crooked wisdom tooth and this lady just missed it and couldnt take a xray of a wisdom tooth, very unprofessional dont waste your time or money. thank god for kennedy dental down the street

I have a terrible fear of the dentist, Dr. Cleveland is AMAZING!! Terry always takes her time and is very patient. The whole staff is great, weve been going for years. HIGHLY recommend Darby Creek!!
