My teenage daughter was experiencing debilitating migraines and I was referred to Dr. Caras by a friend. She said that he had helped her with her migraines so after we exhausted all options with her neurologist, I scheduled the appointment. He was immediately in tune with what was going on in her body, especially the neck, and started a realistic treatment plan on the first visit. He didnt pressure us into purchasing expensive packages, he only recommended the number of visits she needed and weaned her off when she showed improvement. This was a very different practice than the chiropractic office I had visited in the past. He was extremely flexible in seeing her on short notice, especially during an episode, and she always left the office feeling much better than she went in. I was very impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism and his genuine concern for the health of my daughter. 5 months later, she has gone from migraines 4 of 7 days a week, to zero in the last 5 months. She gives Dr. Caras all of the credit for "fixing her" and I tend to agree. If you or your child are experiencing any pain, I recommend Dr. Caras because he does care about getting you back to yourself.

THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME TO FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!!! Dr. Caras is amazing. I suffer from bad headaches and sometimes migraines. Usually, the head pain is relieved or completely gone after my adjustment, and the pain stays away for weeks. I love that he can usually fit me in when I really need it. He also treats me like a whole person - not just focusing on moving my bones, but helping me create a better life. Dr. Caras is kind, personable and gives the attention thats needed to help me feel better. Another thing I really appreciate is that while Im given really good advice about how to maintain my health, I am not asked to come for adjustments at a more frequent rate than I actually need. He is friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. I recommend him to all of my friends.
